There are many legends and stories about the past of Sanguis Island, and how it came to be. But there is something that is known for certain -- it is very haunted. There are tales of creatures never seen before here, but that of ghosts as well. If an adventurer comes to this island, as most do to choose this place for a vacation, it's always a goal to hike this path and make it through to the other side. It takes two days, which requires overnight camping. That's the hard part...

The people that come to this island do know what they're getting into, and some of them venture deeper into danger than others. Those that want to go into the forest, particularly deep into it, would always be smart to stop by this shop. It has enchanted objects for protection, good luck, good fortune, and everything else needed to get through the more dangerous parts of the forest.

Some people may wonder how anyone could live on Sanguis full time, but some do, and they run the shops and restaurants like this one. It's a popular place for those visiting the island, because it's got a bit of an... eerie theme, as well as hosting ghost story nights where locals come and tell the myths of the town. The menu is most seafood, but there's something for everyone here!

Sanguis Island does not have many offers as far as accommodations go. There are a few smaller hotels, and some people who live on the island do rent out spare rooms in houses, but this is the main resort on the island. It is located on the beach, on one side at least, but the other looks out onto the forest... which view will you choose? The relaxing ocean view, or the more treacherous forest sights?

This magical island is not for the faint of heart. Aptly, the word is Latin for blood, and that alone should tell a traveler anything they need to know about the island. It is a popular location for trips, but they just aren't the typical island getaways. The island has thunderstorms that are completely unexplainable and unpredictable, stories of monsters in the forests, ghosts everywhere, but the myth and the intrigue is part of the fun.
