One of the two apartment buildings in Ottery St. Catchpole, this complex offers both studio and one bedroom apartments. They are all beautifully made, and overlook either the stunning scenery surrounding the village, or the picturesque streets below. The apartments both boast large kitchens and bathrooms, and the one bedroom apartments even have a deck for those on the lower floor, or a balcony to those on the higher levels. Both Muggles and magical folk live in these apartments, and so discretion is an absolute must for anyone who lives here.

Owned by the same person who owns the Royal Ridge Apartments, this complex has both two bedroom and three bedroom floor plans. They are near the outskirts of town, and have great views of the surrounding hills and forests. The three bedroom plan has two bedrooms upstairs, with one downstairs, and is more of a townhome set-up. The two bedroom apartments have a large living room, and a balcony or deck as well depending on what floor you live on. This complex hosts both Muggles and magical folk, and so discretion is an absolute must for anyone who lives here.
