This one bedroom apartment building located in Diagon Alley is quaint, though not in a bad way. It is one of the more affordable places for someone to rent, particularly shopworkers that want a short commute to work. The entrance leads immediately into the kitchen, and there is a large living and dining area space, a decent sized bathroom, and even a covered balcony. Depending on what side of the building a person resides on, their balcony will overlook either the busy streets of Diagon Alley, or Muggle London, though, the balconies are charmed to be invisible to Muggles, of course.
