The Garden House

On the smaller side, this cottage's main feature is the massive deck. The master bedroom upstairs features a balcony and ensuite. Aside from storage, it is the only thing located on the second floor. The first floor has a spare bedroom, a second bathroom, utility room, living room, dining room, and a kitchen. It is basic, but perfect for a first home.
