Blair means 'battle' in Gaelic, and the owners of Blair Distillery know just precisely what that means. They have fought for years to keep their little, privately owned distillery, from going under in recent years. There have been any number of trials and tribulations that they have faced, but they've taken none to heart.
The Distillery serves as a reception hall as well as a factory, and they can accommodated up to 200 guests for parties that can take place in their grand hall. They make all of their alcohol in house, and parties can be catered in.
