A tall red brick building with lots of windows for natural lighting, it has a few levels, each dedicated to different things. The first floor is the main floor for clients, meeting rooms, the waiting room, and a small café are located here as well as the reception area. The second floor is where the labs are located, all testing is done here as well as research. The third floor is the interview rooms and private offices of the staff. The basement is the airtight lab, bones and bodies are held there as well as the more sensitive items for testing. The top floor is the break room for employees, it has an on-call room, full bathrooms, and even a small kitchen.

Centre School for Young Mages

A mortar-and-brick schoolhouse, Centre School has passed through the ages little changed in spirit from their original one-roomed school. With optimistic beginnings in the 1500s, Centre School had the hope to draw in children of mages from all over the islands and educate them in a centralized location. Children begin at the age of three and upon their first sign of magic start their classes in learning the basics of magic. Should mage-born children not display magic by the age of seven, they are taught Life Skills to transition into either a Muggle school or homeschooling upon their graduation from the primary school. Classes are mostly taught in English, though it's a requirement teachers have a level of mastery in Scots Gaelic, Irish Gaelic, Welsh, have an understanding of Cornish, and some knowledge of Manx to best serve students.

For nearly five hundred years, students were required to have at least one magical parent (or in some special cases, grandparent), though the school has officially started accepting Muggle-born students as of the end of the Second Wizarding War. Previously, known Muggle-born children were slipped in as distant relatives of Squibs. Another recent development has been the partnership with Snidget Youth Quidditch in the year of the latter's founding.

Locksley Institute

Locksley Institute was founded in 2017 as a higher education institution for those that wish to pursue areas not normally offered in regular university curriculums.

Situated in a grand castle due east from Newark in Nottingham, disguised from the muggles by enchantments, much like Hogwarts Castle, Locksley Institute is arranged to make sure that students have privacy and the ability to learn to the fullest capacity.

Offering five majors, in Magical Combat, Weaponry, Curse-Breaking, Spell Invention, and Psychology, with designated areas throughout the stone structure for each to be practiced, Locksley Institute intends to offer highly trained, and superbly skilled graduates to their respective fields. Whether that be by joining the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, or otherwise.

The Administrative Offices are located in the tallest tower of the castle, with the Board Room at the foot of the tower, and the Dean's Office at the very top.

A set of offices attached to a set of stables on its own property. This land was donated by Lord Asher Parkinson, and is complete with rings for training and lots of room for the Free Reign riding programs. This Non-profit foundation is to provide (among other things) the chance to ride, take care of, and learn about equestrian studies. Those who benefit from the foundation are usually at risk youth, less fortunate, and orphans. Job opportunities are offered for those who age out of the program, and internships for those interested.

The stables were rundown when she first found them, but with a little love, and a lot of magic, she has restored them to what they once were. Both in and out. There are nineteen stalls in the main barn, and that is where the front office is as well. The tack room is just off the office, and it is accessible by both employees, and those that board there, or come for lessons, or training. They board horses, they train horses to show jump, to dressage, and pretty much any other equestrian sport you can think of in England. They also give riding lessons to those of all ages. There is a secondary barn that serves as an indoor riding arena, and it is here that there is a viewing area, complete with kitchen, showers, and a small medical facility for the humans. The horse veterinary stall is located in a third building, which houses twenty more stalls, and can be used if all of the main barn is full. Pastures with black board fences can be seen surrounding the entire property, and Contessa owns enough land that there is a good portion of the woods that is fenced as well so they can run all day.
