Mermaid Quay is a waterfront shopping and leisure district in Cardiff Bay. It opened in 1999, and has restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The shops range from stylish to unusual boutiques, fine foods or bar food, and every kind of gift a person could be hoping to find. There’s even a carousel right by the waterfront. It is a lovely place to spend a day, with beautiful views of the water, and many places to eat and shop.
