Holm of Huip

No threads were found.
To the non-magical eye, this northern Orkney island is barren and habitable for only three months of the year; however, those with magic know it well as the seat of the Urquart family. Nestled between Sanday and Stronsay, Holm of Huip is covered in greenery and some ancient ruins. At one of the island's peaks rests the Urquart residence, a mansion made of river rock, standing tall as it overlooks the northern coast of the island. Stone steps lead to the first floor via the foyer, which is right next to the dining room. Straight ahead is the kitchen and breakfast nook on the right; on the left, there is a study and the master suite belonging to the Lord and Lady Urquart (which, of course, has its own fireplace). Upstairs, there is a rec room and three bedroooms, all with their own en suite. The rec room leads out to the patio at the back of the house, which has a beautiful view of the ocean.
