No one really knows who Knobb is, as that's not the landlord's name, but it's not really best to ask questions in these parts. Although not quite as bad as being in Knockturn Alley, these one-bedroom apartments aren't exactly nice, what with the paper thin walls and floorboards with a tendency of breaking due to.. well, remember, don't ask questions and don't look the termites in the eye.
