This department is placed on level four, and is the second largest in the Ministry. There are divisions for the different classes of creatures: the beast division, which includes the centaur liaison office, the committee for the disposal of dangerous creatures, the dragon research and restraint bureau, the ghoul task force, the werewolf capture unit, and the werewolf registry; the being division, which hosts the goblin liaison office, and the office for house-elf relocation; and finally, the spirit division. There is also the pest advisory bureau.
