This duplex offers an open plan living space, creating the perfect space both to entertain family and friends or spend a night on the couch alone (more often than not with piles of research scattered across the living room). There are four bedrooms, and a roof terrace. Of course, Nora doesn’t really need four bedrooms, so a good portion of those rooms are used for storage for books and research that she’s accumulated over the years.

It has a lived in feel, probably because Nora can’t be bothered to excessively clean the place.

Nestled in the outskirts of London is this charming Tudor style home. It has all the charm and history of an older home, but has been extremely well kept and recently renovated. Inside the home has modest Tudor styled flares coupled with the stylishness of it's modern remodel. Three stories high the home is quite large, though the personal touches and plentiful natural light still manages to feel quite homey. The kitchen, living, and dinning spaces take over the entire ground floor of the home. There are five bedrooms though one has been converted to a music room and another to a spacious closet just beyond the master bedroom. The largest room aside from the master has been outfitted to be a nursery and the final room is for guests. All in all there are a total of four bathrooms, many of which sport fantastic claw-foot tubs. There is not much outdoor space but it is utilized well with sitting areas and a cozy place for a fire pit.

Principal House; 5 reception rooms, 8 principal bedrooms, 6 secondary bedrooms, billiard room, playroom, cellars, Indoor swimming pool, quidditch pitch, walled garden, mature gardens with lake, parkland

Finished in cream render under a mellow red tiled roof, the main house of Cole Farm is a handsome house of elegant proportions, standing in an elevated position with far-reaching views.

Internally, the house combines light and spacious reception rooms with comfortable principal bedroom accommodation on the first floor and secondary bedrooms on the second floor. Of particular note is the panelled dining room, beautifully proportioned with three pairs of French doors opening onto the garden terrace. The grand reception hall gives a great sense of arrival with a broad, oak staircase leading up to a galleried landing, provided access to the principal bedrooms. A further concaved staircase leads to the second floor which provides additional bedroom accommodation.

The gardens and grounds are a very special feature of Cole Farm. On the south side of the house a paved terrace overlooks the formal lawns to the lake beyond, which is believed to be part of the moat which surrounded an older house on the site. To the west is a well-stocked and tended walled garden. The gardens also include an Quidditch pitch and an indoor swimming pool with a sauna and hot tub. There is an all weathered tennis court, with a timber pavilion.

Further outbuildings within the grounds include the estate office, fully fitted with a kitchen and WC together with the former Cart Shed providing garaging. Beyond the lake is a newly constructed machine store.

This adorable and modern home can be found a little ways outside of London in a magic only suburb. It is a single story home that is modest in size. Once inside though it feels much larger with high ceilings and charming wood beams. The living room and kitchen make the space feel large as well with an open concept. On one side of the living space there is a small hall housing two bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. On the other side of the living space the master suite can be found as well as a bonus space, a half bath, and the laundry room. The home's decor is welcoming and clean with a farmhouse style feel to it.

This elegant, single-story home is as spacious as it is lovely. With large windows to let the sunlight in no matter the time of day, and high ceilings in several rooms, there's never a lack of light to be found. Furnished with only the most stylish and comfortable furniture, this house is at the height of modern style. Out back, there is a greenhouse which is home to any number of rare and/or deadly plants, a trademark of any Watson.

With a name like this, who wouldn't want to live here? These two bedroom apartments are good for anyone who can't afford to even live in London, and also are a fan of a really fantastic view of ... well, who are we kidding? The view isn't great, and the apartments are shoddily made, but there's four walls and a ceiling, what more could a person need?

Because of these apartments proximity to the forests, they are aptly named after the howls that can be heard often. Werewolves? Wolves? No one really knows, but it would probably be best to just stay inside and remain ignorant. Besides that, these apartments are decently made, with a balcony overlooking the slightly beautiful and slightly treacherous forest.

This lovely modern two story home has a beautiful tan brick exterior and grey shingle roof. With plenty of windows to let in the moonlight--there are black-out curtains drawn during the day. It is decorated in unique pieces of furniture collected from around the world and artwork that may or may not have been stolen or forged by Degare himself. The grounds hold a small vegetable garden, a swimming pool, and a hot tub with plenty of room left over for any potential children to run around in.

These apartments are in the London suburb of Merton, in outer London. They are located amidst the Muggle buildings and apartments, charmed by a spell to keep Muggles from looking too closely. It has both studio and one bedroom apartment offerings, and these are both very nice as this apartment is in west Merton, which is the more affluent area in this borrough. Window views show a lot of greenery, as this is a suburb that is considered one of the greenest boroughs, which leads to beautiful surroundings.
