This three story mansion is a quaint place, despite its size. With two large bedrooms, six smaller rooms, and a master suite. There are only two bathrooms, though that suits the two inhabitants just fine. Most of the small bedrooms have been turned into office space or spare rooms for company, leaving the two larger rooms for the ones who live there. The furniture is classic with a rustic flare, a little vintage touch to just about everything. Outside is a brick facade, with climbing ivy on the eastern wall while the front faces the north.

It has an imposing facade, with castellations and turrets, yet internally the ambiance is
that of a family home.

On the ground floor, entrance vestibule with door to the south wing and door to a magnificent panelled reception hall with a cornice bearing thistle, rose and shamrock motifs. The hall gives access to the principal reception rooms. The drawing room is a superb room for entertaining and has an open fireplace with the inscription ‘quid non pro patria' on the mantelpiece. There is a bow fronted wall with a door leading to the patio. Double doors lead through into the butler's pantry and on into the cloakroom. This has a tiled floor and original basin.

The sitting room is a charming room with magnificent plasterwork, cornicing and an open fireplace. This then leads through to the spiral staircase, hall, bar and billiard room beyond. The kitchen has an excellent range of fitted wall and floor units, which incorporate a stainless-steel Belfast sink, an island unit with hob, barbecue and a Tepan plate.

From the reception hall a panelled staircase leads to the first-floor accommodation. The morning room has a stunning plasterwork ceiling, impressive open fireplace and views on two aspects. It can also be accessed form the spiral staircase. There are four first floor bedrooms. These include the master bedroom which has magnificent views out over the grounds and a superb en suite bathroom with large double bath and an excellent range of fitted wardrobes as well as twin basins. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor, two with en suite shower rooms and one with an en suite bathroom. The accommodation on this floor is completed by a separate shower room with steam room.

In South Essex, a tall, looming mansion rises up out of the forests. Though it is clear the architecture is reminiscent of another time, the Blackwood Estate is well cared for and shows no signs of aging. The building boasts four stories of grandiose (and gothic) decor and lavish crystal chandeliers decorate nearly every room in the house. Outside, multiple buttresses, towers, a greenhouse, fountains, significant gardens, and a large mausoleum decorate the grounds.

This house is small by most people's standards, and certainly not what you would expect for a couple of ancient vampires, but Gwen likes it. She's had all of the windows magically tinted so that they don't let in any light, and otherwise it is charmed to look light, bright, and airy. A couple of spare bedrooms that don't get used unless Tina decides to do something in them. There's a great room that provides an open concept, and Gwen has turned the area just off of the kitchen into quite the area for books and her painting. The basement is the entire size of the home, and houses her extensive wine collection.

Three story mansion located in Dorset. When entering through the vestibule into the entrance hall and its two-story extension, one can go to the office, the drawing room, the small parlour, the large parlour, the dining room or the ballroom. From the ballroom and the dining room one can enter the smoking room, and from the ballroom and the large parlour one can go into the water colour room. From there one can go to a terrace or into the gardens, in which various greenhouses and flower beds are tended to. Between the dining room and the office are the kitchens, the breakfast room, and the serving pantries.

From the two-story entrance hall, one can go up the large stairs to the second floor, on which the four main rooms are located along with the nursery. There is one boudoir, and the second boudoir and the sitting room have been converted into large bathrooms to accompany the one that is adjoined to the largest room. Through various doors, one can access the roof or watch the goings on in the ballroom and the dining room, all of which have two-story ceilings.

The third floor has the day and night nurseries, in which the children played when they were little. Two guest rooms, a library, a potionology lab, the small room for the house elves, three more bathrooms and a storage room. There is yet another terrace there, in which one can ejoy a refreshing cup of tea in the sun, if one doesn't mind that that's where the family owls usually hang out.

Coldham Hall

Coldham Hall is a Grade I listed building that is located in the parish of Stanningfield in Suffolk. The Hall is very close to the village of Lawshall, and part of the Coldham estate is located within this parish. The 14-bedroom mansion dates back to 1574, and it is said that Queen Elizabeth I christened it Coldham Hall after being served cold ham during a stay there. But the H-shaped house is a nod to another royal: King Henry VIII, Elizabeth's oft-married father.

With its rich past comes the occasional ghostly visitor. A notable feature of this two-storey building is the great hall, with a long gallery in the roof space some 32 metres long, running from east to west. Internal alterations undertaken around 1770 include a Roman Catholic chapel with delicate plasterwork, leading from the long gallery.

Mid-nineteenth century alterations, including loggias on the east and south side, are now removed, but various window alterations at the rear and a service wing at the north end remain. The house was restored in 1980.

The house is approached down an avenue of trees and by crossing two small lakes in the valley bottom, which drain to the River Lark. From time out of mind there has been a footpath alongside the grounds of the Hall, giving parishioners past and present a view of the mansion.

Cole Cabin

Jaxon's home is an all wood cabin. While it looks aged and worn on the exterior, the interior contains every modern convenience the muggle-born wizard could possibly desire. The home is made up of four distinct levels. The top being a small attic storage space, the main level above ground consists of an open living space. His bedroom perches on the cliff face. The second floor is smaller, with a patio that is accessed through the kitchen, which for the most part is dug into the stone. A basement made for entertaining guests of a specific nature has been carved even deeper into the stone cliff.
Neither huge--nor opulent--the cabin reminded him of his grandfather's retreat in the woods back in the States. It is very comfortably decorated. The open spaces and size of his furniture is all very suitable for such a large man. The home is surrounded by two hundred acres of land owned by the seeker. He has historically allowed weres to roam this land on the full moon.

Located on the outskirts of Birmingham, England, Graves Hall resides over twenty-two acres of land, including gardens and a lake. The six-bedroom estate has a formal dining room, a large hall for parties, as well as multiple sitting rooms and a garden room. The large deck overlooks the nearby lake, as does the garden room. Graves Hall retains many stained glass windows from generations past, as well as fine stone fireplaces. It was constructed with the highest quality, with stone mullion windows, and a steeply pitched roof, along with many balcony and roof terraces. There is also an expansive wine cellar, and would it be a Death Eater's house without dungeons?

From its covered front porch to its covered rear porch, this farmhouse is a real charmer. The formal dining room is filled with light from a bay window and directly accesses the efficient kitchen. A matching bay is found in the cozy breakfast room. The large great room is graced with a warming fireplace and even more windows. An L-shaped staircase leads up to the sleeping zone containing two family bedrooms that share a full bath. Within the master suite, a private bath is filled with an array of luxuries. A bonus room extending over the garage can be developed into a game room, a fourth bedroom, or a study at a later date.

This ten bedroom castle is located on the outskirts of Dorset, to the point that it's barely in Dorset at all, but close enough. It has been abandoned completely for the past eighteen years, but technically speaking, it really has been abandoned for the better part of thirty-five years. It has been entirely restored, both inside, and out, by the late, and current, Ladies Lestrange.

Malfoy Manor

The new Malfoy Manor is situated roughly a kilometer from where the original stands. Three stories tall, with large windows and a sweeping floor plan, everything that was dark about the original, is now light. Cream colored stone, and a blue tinted roof give the illusion of softness, when in reality the stone is unrelenting, and strong. The color scheme of creams flows through the entire manor. The entry way finds itself home to a large chandelier and a fountain topped with a rather regal looking peacock.

Two studies, a music room, a two-story library, and a ballroom can all be found on the main floor. Along with the family’s formal, and informal sitting rooms, three lavatories, a formal and informal dining area, a billards room, and a staff quarters. The rear of the main floor also houses Narcissa’s grand kitchen.

The first floor is split into two wings, one for guests and one for the Lord and Lady. Half of the first floor is indeed, their bedroom. With its own private sitting area, and a third, smaller, study, the bedroom is trimmed in platinum and emerald. A freestanding tub is the center feature of the white marble bathroom, and a glass shower takes up the majority of the back wall between the two grand windows. His and hers closets, double sinks, and an impressive vanity are all featured as well.

The rest of the floor, and the entirety of the third is comprised of smaller bedrooms. Each equally as decadent as the last, though all following the white and cream motif of the rest of the manor. The gardens sprawl out in every direction, and Narcissa’s greenhouse can be seen from the windows of their suite in the East Wing.

Absolutely covered by Muggle-repelling charms, this Moresque villa thankfully is surrounded by some of its own land on the Tor, as it would otherwise overshadow other homes nearby. The villa itself is not too old, which can be read by the stucco and colors-- constructed shortly after Zabinis made their way into England, it marked the start of their further venturings into British society. Brightly painted domes and arches catch the eye, making it slide from one feature to the next.

There are, of course, opulent bedrooms and rooms, small courtyards surrounded by walls, and smaller bedrooms that were possibly built for servants. The floors of the main rooms and some of the courtyards are covered in brightly-colored elaborate geometric patterns.

Mountbatten Hall has been in the Mountbatten family since they first moved from Germany generations ago. It has been home to many a party and a gala, and though Anicka has redone the inside to have a more modern feel from the outside it is just as stately and traditional as one would expect it to be. Complete with dungeon cells in the basement that don't get used anymore. Or, at least, not without very good reasons.

The closest city to Pemberley is Leeds, though it’s a fair while north out of the city and into the hills. The two-story house is surrounded by the forests, apart from a pool and the gardens to the back of the house. Pemberley has four bedrooms, and an open concept kitchen, as well as a sunroom that looks out into the gardens. The house is decorated rustically, which suits the setting of the forest that surrounds it. There are a great number of fireplaces in the house to keep it warm, and a spacious attic for storage. Of course, there is also a small library located on the first floor of the home.
