Aurélie Verlinden Park. Named for the first female Minister of Magic in Belgium, the park includes a full size quidditch pitch, and a small lake that is home to quite a few small water dwelling creatures. There are plenty of picnic tables, and spots for small gatherings throughout the park, including a gazebo that plays hosts to many small musical acts throughout the spring and summer months. There is a large playground for children in the shade of the quidditch pitch, and there is a large butterfly house on one end of the south side of the park.

Delirium Café is a bar on Impasse de la Fidélité in Brussels. It’s a mixed magical and muggle bar. The bar is named for the beer Delirium Tremens, whose pink elephant symbols resides above the door. There’s a mark on the wall between the restrooms that allows entrance to the all magical backroom. They have a long list of beers available in both rooms though, 2,004 different brands are available from over 60 countries, a statistic that made it’s way into the Guinness Book of Records back in 2004, ironically enough.

Edwin Rooiakker Quidditch Pitch, the home of the Belgium National Quidditch Team is located just outside the city of Brussels. It was named for one of the chasers on the original National Quidditch Team. The team lost in the first round of the first World Cup that they ever played, but no one will forget Rooiakker’s dive to catch the Golden Snitch only minutes into the game, which turned out to be nothing more than a shiny chocolate wrapper that someone had dropped from the stands… Belgium lost, and Rooiakker broke his nose, his arm, and about four other bones in his face, but hey, he’s either famous, or infamous… Most Belgian quidditch players can’t figure out which.

Fortuyn Chocola is a small, family owned chocolate shop on Rue d’Aerschot. The walls are lined with every sort of chocolate creation known to man. There are copper barrels of loose chocolates, and prepackaged things. The shop is not large, but it is full to bursting with every kind of chocolate you could imagine, and if you know what to ask for there is quite the selection of magical truffles to choose from… Just ask a worker for Fortuyn’s Favorites, and see what happens.

The capital city is located in the middle of Belgium, and as far as the Muggle world goes, is the political capital of Europe. Its a major trader of beer, waffles, and chocolate, so what's not to love?
