Forest of Fee

As the myth behind the village founding states, it was fairies that led the group of herbologists (and one dragonologist) to safety. That myth makes one particular area in the village very popular on some nights. People of Fee go into the woods, because legends say people can still see fairies there, and to see one is considered to be incredibly good luck. The forests are beautiful, but there is a sense of peace there, even at night.

This little village is home to a number of cute shops, but one of the more popular ones is Le Cierge, a candle shop that has a variety of different scents for all tastes. They have lighter, fresh scents, seasonal ones, and they even have an option for you to pick the scent combinations you want, and they will make the candle for you. The shop has been in the same family for years, and despite being small, it always does well.

There are not many places to stay in Fee, since it's such a small village. Really, there aren't even many that venture here and stay all that long. But when they do, they have only a couple of options, and most would say Maison des Roses is the best one. It is a bed and breakfast type of place, in an old and massive house on the edge of the village. The gardens are beautiful, and the couple that runs the place is lovely. It's a nice place to stay if one comes to Fee and wants to stay a while. There is nearly always a room available.

Roux's China

A quiet china shop in the middle of town, the streets could be bustling outside, and it would still be perfectly quiet in this shop. It is rarely a place that is packed with people, but it keeps in business because of its beautifully designed china. It is a type of shop that can rarely be found anywhere else, and the good people of Fee tend to appreciate that sort of thing.

Fee

The small wizarding village of Fee is located amidst the Chartreuse Mountains in southeastern France. Fee, of course, is French for fairy, and the origins behind that story are much what magical folk might think. A long time ago, or so they say, there was a group of witches and wizards lost in the mountains on a hike. They were mostly herbologists, but one of them was a dragonologist as well, and they were lost for days. They managed to survive because the herbologists knew what plants they could eat, but eventually they ran out of water. On one night, one where they thought it just might be their last, one saw something... a fairy... and when they followed it, it lead them to water. Later, the group decided to make a community of their own, and so Fee was born. It is small, and protected with enchantments so no one else can find it, but it is a cute little town in the mountains.
