A truly Mediterranean bistro set in the very heart of Rome, in the picturesque via delle Muratte between the Trevi fountain and via del Corso. Taking inspiration from the best International examples, Baccano combines an intriguing allure reminiscent of Parisian atmosphere of early 20th century, with a metropolitan contemporary style of a New York restaurant. Baccano fascinates you with its extremely charming vintage touch and its authentic traditional Mediterranean cuisine strongly inspired by tradition.

Giolitti is a little pastry shop located on a street corner, with window displays showing off the freshly made pastries of the day. They have the classics like cannoli, and bruttiboni, but they also branch out to try new recipes to offer to their customers. It’s a shop that always smells good, no matter what time of day — and if you come at the right time of night, before they close, sometimes the owner is nice enough to give away some of their pastries for free.

But as the library grew, the family decided to share their books with Rome, and started a library of their own. As time went on, it grew and grew. There are still bigger libraries in Rome, yes, but this one is homier than most, and as such is popular with those that know about it.
