This is a unique type of restaurant, because it only serves drinks and desserts. It's a small, dimly lit place, which a romantic sort of atmosphere that is good for dates, and they serve different desserts depending on the month. Their drink menu is very unique as well. They have the classic drinks, of course, but they experiment with other sorts of alcohol combinations as well. While it's a little on the pricy side, they get incredibly good reviews.

This tranquil city park is available to the public twenty-four hours a day, and is known for its diversity in flowers, as well as its views of the city. There are paths to take to spend some time, but there is also a playground, and even a restaurant on the park grounds for anyone who wants to enjoy a meal while taking in the sights of the park.

This is the main hidden shopping center for magical folk in Bern, a concept obviously necessary when hiding in plain sight from those without magic. Getting to it is easy, there is a clothing shop that looks just perpetually closed to Muggles, and going inside will lead witches and wizards to Rüegg Weg. It's a rather massive shopping area, with plenty of different streets and side streets, as well as a coffee shop, and other shops and stalls for food. The streets are covered as well, to protect against weather.

While there are plenty of hotels to stay in Bern, some people prefer the cheaper option of a hostel. This one is very reasonably priced, and they have events in the evening as well for those that want to get to know the people that they're staying with in the hostel. There are community rooms with bunk beds to sleep in, for the cheapest price, but there are options for private rooms as well for those that want to spend a bit more.

This capital city is build around the Aare River, and has origins as far back as the twelfth century. It is the fifth most populous city in Switzerland, and it's actually listed in the top ten cities as far as best quality of life goes. The city center is largely medieval, which makes it a very beautiful and interesting place to visit.
