This bakery serves some of Switzerland's favorite baked goods, as well as having fondue and bread of course. It's a cozy little shop, with seating both outdoor and in. They sell coffee and other drinks for those that want to enjoy their baked goods or fondue there, since melted cheese isn't exactly a great snack to take to go!

Lake Lucerne, or the lake of the four forested settlements, is the fourth largest lake in the country. It's a popular tourist destination, because there are plenty of hotels and resorts along the shores. Of course, there are also plenty of beaches and resorts to head to along the large lake as well, and passenger boats to take out onto the water.

Pilatus is a mountain overlooking Lucerne, that has several peaks. It's possible to get up to the highest peak, Tomlishorn, through a cable car. There are several local legends about the reason behind the mountain's name, and there's also "legends" about dragons with healing powers living on the mountains. Make it to the peak and find out for yourself...

This tobacco shop is a small store, family run, but quite busy at times. It's got a cozier atmosphere than most stores too, and walking in, there is the immediate small of cigar smoke. If you like that kind of smell, it's a great place to come in, and buy some cigars or pipes, or anything in between.

Lucerne is known for its preserved medieval architecture, and sits amid mountains on Lake Lucerne. One of the oldest covered bridges in Europe is a centerpiece of the city, as well as historic houses, but mixed with a modern concert hall and art gallery in the Muggle world, it's certainly an ancient town with a modern twist. There are beautiful views up the Pilatus, Stanserhorn, or Rigi mountains, and there's no better way to take in the town than on the lake.
