Axolline muggle date Part one

Axton had been waiting for summer to roll around to take his sister on a date he had been planning. Their older brother was still oblivious to the fact that they were and had been sleeping together since August of 2013--and with Alistair being ignorant to the relationship, it was hidden from the rest of the wixen world. It was secrecy that Axton thought was wholly unnecessary. Who cared if someone knew? But Apolline had yet to be willing to come out as his, so they were a secret. He had pushed for a date and she had consented on the terms that they went somewhere muggle far from curious and prying eyes. So, arrangements had been made. Axton told the beauty to dress casually and to be prepared to be outdoors. He was not the dinner and a movie sort of wizard. Even dancing was a bit too dull for him. Drinks were obviously not even in consideration.

He was an adrenaline junkie and despite having spent many years of his life indoors at Şolomanţă, he did do things outdoors sometimes now. So, he was taking Apolline to Blue Lagoon and then to Falls of Falloch. He had a coasteering trip laid out for the day. It would be a combination of rock climbing, canyoning (which entailed jumping, abseiling down waterfalls and sliding down natural water flumes) and cliff jumping. He was most excited for the cliff jumping, though canyoning was fun. If the rock climbing grew too laborious, he'd just apparate them up to the top. He'd paid an exorbitant amount to ensure the waterfall and lagoon was closed to the public today. No guide. No others on the falls or cliffs. That way should the mood shift, he and Apolline could have all the private fun they wished. A shag at the bottom of a waterfall seemed a fine way to thank him for such a unique and exciting date outing.

"Ready?" He asked, closing the door to his sister's bedroom as he stepped inside. "Did you remember sunscreen?" He had told her to apply some, and he had the best sun protectant potions money could buy in the bag slung over his shoulder. The bag was charmed with an extension charm, so it held a lot of supplies for the day. From food to drink to repelling lines. He had a bikini in there, too, that he had bought since he had not told her to wear one. He did not want to ruin the surprise. He sauntered over to her, all ego and swagger, slipping his arms around the beauty's waist. He was really excited to get to be with her today. Axton put a deep and meaningful kiss against the redhead's tempting mouth as he apparated them away from the flat. The twist and turn of the magical travel did not break his lips away from hers. Ax did not pull away until they were in Wales. His back was to the water, he stepped aside to let the woman appreciate the view of the beautiful blue water stretching out in front of them. "Welcome to the Blue Lagoon: our first destination on this most adventurous date." He smirked, pleased with himself.

[break][break]
[attr="class","cbody"]She loved Axton. More than anything in the world. He was the love of her life, and there was nothing that she wouldn’t do for him. Except publicly come out as a couple, apparently. She knew that it didn’t bother him. That he didn’t care what people thought, what anybody said. She knew that. And she didn’t tend to care what anyone thought either. They didn’t matter. No one else mattered. In her mind, they were some of the few people in the world that mattered—and he mattered more than anybody.
[break][break]
But there were still other people that she cared about. Their brother. Their grandfather. Kate. There were a few opinions that mattered, and she didn’t want what they had ruined by those opinions. She didn’t want them brought down by the judgment of the people closest to them. She didn’t care about the judgment of strangers. But she cared about what their brother would say, what their grandfather would say. Axton had gone to school, countries away. She had grown up with their grandfather, and with Alistair. Their opinions might not matter as much to him, but she did care what they thought, and she worried what they would do if they found out.
[break][break]
Axton had tried to convince her to go out on a date with him more times than she could count over the years, and she always found a reason to say no. It wasn’t something that she thought that they could risk. But as time had gone on, she had admittedly gotten worn down. Apolline knew that the inevitability of someone finding out about them was fast approaching. They had been together for six years. How much longer could they hope to hide that from their brother, when he lived with them? How much longer did she want to? Despite everything that could happen, a part of her was getting closer to being okay with people knowing. With everyone knowing. They didn’t matter. Even if she didn’t say it out loud as much as she should, there was no doubt in her mind how much she loved her brother. If he wanted the whole world to know, they could know. And if that meant that he would stop seeing Saffron, all the better.
[break][break]
But she wasn’t going to worry about any of that today. Them announcing to the world that they were together was not what was on the agenda. Baby steps—or at least, a slightly smaller step than all that. They were going on a date in the Muggle world. There would be no one to recognize them, no one to look at them twice for kissing because they knew they were siblings. They would just be two people out… doing whatever it was that Axton had planned for today. She honestly had no idea what was in store. She knew only what he had told her. To dress for the outdoors, and to wear sunscreen.
[break][break]
She had done both of those things. Sort of, anyway. She was not necessarily the most outdoorsy person in the world. She liked being outside well enough, but that didn’t mean that she knew how to dress to be ‘prepared for the outdoors,’ but she had given it a shot. Wearing sunscreen was obviously easier. Apolline had always been the fairest skinned of her siblings—and with Axton being underground at Şolomanţă for years, that was quite impressive. The last thing she was going to do was get sunburnt on their date.
[break][break]
“Of course, I did,” she retorted, as he came into the room. Red and uncomfortable skin was absolutely not a turn on, and she also knew that Axton would never let her live it down if she got sunburnt after he’d warned her to wear sunscreen. His lips moved to hers and she kissed him back, her hands trailing up his chest just in time for the familiar pull of apparition to pull them away. Even still, she kissed him back, incredibly glad that side-along apparition did not make her nauseous.
[break][break]
Immediately, she tried to determine their location—blue sky, grass, the usual outdoor scenery, but it wasn’t until he stepped aside that her eyes widened at the endless expanse of blue water. “Wow,” she breathed, before she could stop herself. Despite how excited she had been for this date, she’d not been planning on letting on to Axton whether or not he’d done good so quickly. “Most adventurous?” She repeated, after the words had sunk in. “We’re not—I mean… what exactly does this ‘adventurousness’ entail?” She thought she might just know her brother well enough to know exactly what he had in mind.
