@faith
Darius was still trying to wrap his mind around what had happened with Faith. He knew should have handled things better. He should have been more sympathetic and not just sat back and let their relationship go the way it had. He should have spent more with her and shown her the world. They had met when they had both still been registered but Darius knew that wasn’t an excuse to not take her out when the registration was over. The two of them were free now so he really had no excuse and he just wanted to her smile. She had been through a lot even before the registration and he had set out to make it his mission to make her happy since they had decided to become a couple. Sadly, Darius had stuffed that up.

He was no stranger to relationships but he was an adult now and he should be better at these things. But maybe he had just wanted to protect her but even if they were out and she felt down or they came across trouble, Darius was certain that he would be able to protect her in those circumstances. He just had to take the chance and actually take Faith out for a night. But he had just not gotten the chance.

He had just started writing a song about her but he had put it aside when she had asked him to leave. They were still together which reassure him a little, that there was some hope that they could rekindle what they had once had. But he would have to see if she wanted to see him first. Darius had texted her earlier to see if she wanted to grab lunch tomorrow, he would meet her at her work and then they could head to a place near the muggle entrance to Diago Alley he knew she liked.

Charring Cross Road always busy but that hardly surprised the man, it was the main thoroughfare in the area. While his room here at the pub did back onto the muggle road, he suspected there were some soundproof charms in place, like a super-strong version of a silencing spell some kind of sound deflecting charm.

He would likely start looking for a proper flat on the weekend since he was working up until then. It was too early to say if he would move back in with Faith but he didn’t want to jump to conclusions. He just missed her and wondered if it was the same for her. Darius was still yet to hear back about lunch tomorrow but he hoped she would reply soon.

He made his way down from his room to the main part of the pub and ordered some lunch and took a seat in a booth and set out his papers with various pieces of music. He had to get working a new album soon enough. He had to get out there with his despite all the personal heartache he was going through. But he knew it was his own fault. Someone had left open the door and it had blown most of his workings onto the floor. Grumbling he crouched down and picked up. As he stood up, he came face to face with his girlfriend. ”Sweetheart !Hey” he grinned as he kissed her cheek. ”This is a nice surprise, want to join me?” Darius asked as he put his notes back on the table.
