Listed here are the available apartments and details about them, including number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and locations. If you are interested in claiming an apartment for your character, simply fill out the form below. Please keep in mind your character's/character's family's income when claiming apartments and homes! On rare cases, we will let you know if we think your character couldn't afford where you chose! Some apartments have different amounts of bedrooms in the same building, and that is where you would put which one you want in floorplan!

Houses made will be placed in the board of the community the house is located in. For the smaller villages like Ottery St. Catchpole and Godric's Hollow, keep in mind house size! If something is huge and massive and doesn't fit in with a small village, we're going to deny it!
