NPC STUDENT REGISTRAR
Here is where you will come if you have an NPC student that you want to register. Let us explain. We all have some characters with siblings, with children, and they're in Hogwarts! They're not in play, and maybe you don't want to tiptoe around avoiding the house they're in because you think you can't sort them, or maybe you did sort them and weren't even sure if you were allowed to do that! Well now you know! You're allowed! You are welcome to sort your character's kids, their brothers, their sisters, their nieces and nephews, into houses if you so desire! This is because we think it'll make it easier for you guys with posting, and also because we want us all to have a broader view of our character's housemates! It's a lot more complicated if you're the only in play Slytherin girl in a year and you don't want to start making up names of your character's roommates! This way, the student roster will paint a more complete picture of the student body!
It's also a good way of advertising! Maybe you've always wanted a Gryffindor, and you see on the roster that so-and-so's character has a sister in Gryffindor! It's a great way to get other characters out there! Feel free to make an adoptable for them too if you'd like, and we can be sure to link the adoptable! The only rule is as followed: Administration will obviously know what house a character is meant to be sorted into. If they read an application, and they appear nothing like the house they're meant to be in, the application will be denied until it's edited. That's not to say that we're expecting you to make a stereotypical Gryffindor to get them into the house! Usually when sorting, a character really sticks out for two houses - as long as the house they're meant to be in is one of those two, you're in the clear! But if you're making a character and they seem nothing like anyone that would be sorted into their given house, then obviously that will need fixing before they can be accepted!
If you want to register your NPCs into houses, all you have to do is fill out the following form and we will add them to the student roster! Please try to keep it to direct family (daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, grandchildren). As of now we don't want to overcomplicate by doing second cousins twice removed and all that. Obviously we do need full birthdays or at the very least month and year in order to put them into the right house! Thanks!

We are now officially accepting student NPCs for Beauxbatons and Durmstrang as well. The houses are Monde, Épée, Étoile, Amoureux, and Prêtresse for Beauxbatons and Tempestas, Floresco, Ignis, Sagacitas for Durmstrang. You can find full information for these houses here!
