This romantic spot is not all that romantic to get to. It takes a bit of a climb up some hills, with nothing more than wandlight or a flashlight, and the moon in the sky, because it's not a path or anything that is well lit. But plenty find it worth the trip. A couple will know that they found the spot when they see a boulder with carved initials on it, because most people do either carve in their initials or write them into the boulder. The view of the island and the lights is certainly worthwhile, day or night.
