Hoping you'll see what your love means to me
@alfie Outfit
This was all still new to Arianna. She wasn't used to dating, or this whole manager thing but it made sense for her, and for Alfie. She helped to keep him, in line, and kept home from doing something stupid, like getting arrested again, or Merlin forbid kicked off the damned team. She had been working hard with him to get his image rebuilt, using community service as a guide for good deeds, making sure that he stayed sober in public, unless she was there to keep him, from acting like a goob. She had no doubt that her feelings for him, had grown, but she wasn't sure that she wanted to tell him, just that she had them. She had never felt this way about anyone before, so the feeling was scary, not it didn't scare her. She didn't want to run away in fright because of it or anything, but it did complicate things. She had no idea where this was going to go. She was not only his publicist now, but his manager too. She ran his life and kept him in line but it made it so that if they broke up, he would be screwed or, things would be horribly horribly awkward.

She had her own image and life to look after and control as well as his. She had been slowly finding her style, and herself. She wasn't afraid of her own shadow any more, she didn't any to run and hide at the prospect of people knowing her past. She was safe, she was wanted and needed, and she felt loved, wether or not she was. She could only begin to comprehend why he would want someone like her, someone so broken, but he did and that put her over the moon. He was handsome, a sweetheart and real wild child, and he was here. Whether or not it would stand the test of time she had no idea, but she enjoyed it when she could.

She was reading over the schedules they had been sent she sighed and rolled on to her back and looked up at the ceiling from the pile of pillows she we laying on. She loved that he loved his job, but She hated the season because of how busy they both were. He had so much to do, and she was trying to improve his reputation. Dinners with the right people, controlling bad habits, being featured in Qudditch Quarterly, Interviews with the WWN, Witch Weekly, the prophet. She wanted to make him a star, but her star. Wondering when he was going to get home she got up and put the kettle on.

OUTFIT, fuck polyvore.

Alfie felt like he was on top of the moon. In the past two months, his life had done a complete 360 for the good, and he was elated about the fact. He was doing better for himself, and he was playing better than ever after a break from the Ballycaste Bats. The break ultimately wasn't his choice, and he was very down about it when it first happened, but overall it ended up being great for his mental health. In the midst of his break from quidditch, he had a re-introduction of a wonderful lady in his life, whom he also snagged as his girlfriend. It had been an incredible three months that practially flashed before his eyes. Many life changes, a lot of growing, he was truly finding himself and what he really wanted in life. Alfie felt like a void had been filled, something he had never realized was present in his heart. Arianna James filled that void for Alfie O'Callaghan more than he wanted to openly admit it and it scared him a bit, but it was actually a nice change feeling so vulnerable for once. His heart was on the line, but he knew that deep down Ari didn't want to fuck him over for money or where he stood in social standings. She made him feel wanted for who he was, and that made him feel really fucking amazing. It was a feeling that he didn't even know was possible.

After an intense afternoon of training with the Bats, he was on his way home to rest for the night. Alfie had been thinking of Arianna all day, which surprisingly wasn't a bad distraction from playing, it had actually helped him play even harder because he wanted to make her proud. Finally, he felt like his part on the team was back. Lincoln wasn't treating him weird anymore and he made him feel like a real player on the team again. This would be their year! It was a long time coming but he was where he felt like he needed to be at the moment and it was an incredible feeling.

Alfie made a quick detour to the flower shop before he made his way home, he wanted to show Arianna that he was thinking about her all the time. What simpler gesture than flowers? It was a bit cliche, but he enjoyed how she would practically melt every time. Her favorite color was lilac, which was basically purple to any man, so he purchased her a beautiful medley of purple flowers. Alfie pushed the front door open dramatically, took a step in and closed the door before bursting, "Arrrrrrrrrrriii, I'm hooooome." he bellowed in a sing song 'I Love Lucy' fashion, with a very exaggerated accent for the 'rrrrrr' rolls of her name.

Tossing his duffel bag and broom to the floor with a thud on the wood floors, he made his way to the kitchen with the flowers behind his back, where she was starting a kettle. Alfie bee lined for Ari, instantly embracing and covering her in sloppy kisses all over her face lovingly. He held the flowers up and offered them to her sweetly, "How was your day, Darlin'? I've been thinking about you like a lovesick teenager all day, it's disgusting." Alfie shared with a smile, placing a kiss on her forehead with a smile.

She had always been cautioned about running into things headlong, that moving fast after all that she had been through was a bad thing, that she couldn’t expect people to take on all of her demons all at once and have the relationship live to see the day. She had done that with Seamus, she had taken her time he knew about her life and he was okay with who she was. And then he was gone. She had given her all into trying to make this okay, to make herself okay. Therapy had come in handy. She had made leaps and bounds and she was learning to love herself more and more.

Alfie had helped her there, he made her feel like she was something more than just a victim. She was lovely and amazing and he made her feel like there was no one else in the world. She loved him, even though it was soon. He meant more to her than she wanted to admit, and that scared her because that meant something bad. It meant that he had the possibility of hurting her and that scared her.

She was thinking about him and what that meant for her, and where she would go from there. What would happen if they didn’t make it. She hummed to herself when was leaning on the sinki looking out the window and he came in. ”It was okay. Pretty boring. Lots of work, making you look great for the press, that kind of thing.” She said before giving him a long kiss and a weak smile. She took the flowers. ”Purple, my favorite!” She got a vase out and filled it with water before putting them on the table.

”How was practice?”
