[attr="class","textbodde"]Agatha had taken the day to visit home. Her classes on Tuesday were considerably sparse, and once she had finished with her one morning class, she had Flooed over to her parents' house. Being back in Rhiannon was nice. Agatha didn't really get homesick, because that was kind of silly considering she lived just outside of London, and it wasn't like she had moved to an entirely different island, but she was often very busy. Between working at Realm and her classes--even if she was just a part time student--Agatha felt that she didn't go home quite enough. Besides, the downside to being part time was taking classes in the summer to make up for it, and work at Realm never really stotpped, so that just meant that Agatha accidentally spent less and less time in Rhiannon. But it was the place she had grown up and Agatha had a lot of fond memories of the place. She had attended primary school there, after all, and spent a great deal of her summers helping out her Aunt Gwyn at The Reading Nook, so even a quiet wallflower like Agatha had made her fair share of friends that still lived in the entirely magical village.
Besides, she hadn't taken a chance to unwind in so long, and Agatha thought that was extremely important. With how much she had on her plate, taking a moment to breathe was vital. She was trying to pace herself and take it easy, trying not to get wrapped up in all the uncertainties that had been filling her life lately. Agatha had been getting tunnel vision, lately. She couldn't help but think about her future and get a little panic attack at all the what ifs. All the things she had yet to figure out. But she knew that was silly. She was only eighteen, and she had her whole life ahead of her. There was time to figure it all out, eventually. But it wasn't just her own future that worried Agatha. Everything that had been happening with muggleborns left an uneasy feeling in the pit of her stomach, and seeing a former classmate the other day had only worsened that feeling. Topping it all off with people losing their magic left and right, Agatha felt like a lot of her future was falling apart--and not just the portion of it that she actually had some control over.
Tonight wasn't about that, though. Agatha had visited home and spent time with her parents for the day, and now she had dragged Reece and some old friends out to Pryderi Square for a night of drinks and fun. Agatha had fond memories of the place during her summer breaks from Hogwarts. Music shows and festivals always filled the square, especially so in the summer, and even if the weather was taking a colder turn, Agatha thought they could certainly take their get-together indoors to one of the many pubs. So that was what they had done, and now that Agatha was surrounded by the warmth and rowdiness of one of the Welsh pubs in the magical square, she felt just a little more at ease. Shrugging off her jacket and letting it rest in the nook of her arm, Agatha made a beeline for the bar, more or less leaving Reece and her friends in her dust. But she hadn't really been looking. She had a habit of doing that, and in her hot pursuit of a cold drink, Agatha had accidentally cut someone off. She stumbled a bit, her face reddening at how clumsy she was, but quickly steadied herself and glanced over at her victim with a nervous laugh and a slight cringe. "I'm so sorry! Merlin, my head's not on right," she quickly apologized. Admittedly, it had been an accident, but Agatha didn't see that as a reason to be rude.
