Character History:

Truly was born into a smal family made up mainly of Death Eaters she was the eldest and only child of Alicia Delaney and Alexander Delaney. Sh had the unfortunate happening of loosing her mother when she was just seven months old and soon had a step mother. She was not the spoiled princess she had been told that she was after that, she was treated like she was trash, she never knew why her father would suddenly change his mind about how much he loved his little girl, but then before she could really even talk to him about it much, he was gone off doing business of some kind.

Truly was very dissapointed to find that when her father returned and got rid of her Nanny that she was replaced with another child. She was moved into a seperate wing and a harsh woman took care of her. Mayble was a cold woman who taught Truly to not cry and to be seen not heard. She was a pretty unhappy child, though only because she watched her father be the man that she wanted him to be for her be the father that she dreamed of with her half siblings. After a while she got over it acame to quickly understand that her father had moved on, and she was just a side affect of his first marriage. She was unwanted, but she did come to find love in her half siblings.

She had her first magic at age 5, and soon after her sister Heavenly Joy did as well. The two were only about ten months apart and did everything together. Heaven was her frist friend and they stayed that way until Truly went away to school. Things became diffcult then. She was not bought the finest things, but she was not sent to school in rags, she was taught that she would have to know her place, that though she was a child of the family, no one would want her. This was merely because in her father's eyes at least she was a bastard. Truly became very close to her cousin (through her grandfather) Edmund. The two usually stood in the corner at parties and made small jokes at peopled, but Edmund kept her spoiled, always sending her trinkets of some kind and letting her know that she was loved.

She found that she was enjoying school and between the terms she found herself longing for ther friends that she had there and the distance between herself and her father.

Plots and Politics
Where does your character stand in the treatment of death eaters and their families? She finds it deplorable, as someone in a family full of death eaters and raised by one herself. She thinks that the Minister of Magic got exactly what he deserved and cannot wait to see what the new one will bring to them.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? As most of her family are Death Eaters, she feels that she was greatly affected by the reign of the man. Though, at times she does think that his ideals were a little odd, considering that he himself was a halfblood

Family History:

Alexander Delaney (twin of Carl ) was the second son of Stephen Delaney and Lysette Delaney (nee Deweitt- Bucater) He was not much in the way of a fighter, using his wit more than anything else to aid him when he wanted something. He found his way quickly, helping his older brother with pretty much anything that he wanted to do. He was a Slytherin, much like most of his family and he went into the family business of fixing things. The Spiney Sperpent had never been much of a shop but the boys liked to try and fix dark objects or enchanting things when they could.

He was introduced to Alicia Delaney at a party. She was lovely with the prettiest eyes he had ever seen. He had been told that she was a halfblood and he warmed to the younger girl shortly after They were engaged quickly adn then soon married. It was odd to all around that a woman who talkede so much about her family never seemed to bring them around or invite them to functions. It happened soon after their daughter was born. Alicia introduced Alexander to her parents, muggles. He killed them and then after keeping his wife chained in their dungeon until their child no longer needed to nurse he ended her life.
