Appearance and Personality
General Appearance: Bash is not lacking in the looks department. He's strong and it shows. Bash eyes are a striking dark brown that oddly matches his hair. It's clear that he spends plenty of time in the sun just by looking at him. He tends to make faces a lot. Usually trying to take some of the seriousness away from whatever is going on.
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Skills: Quidditch, sports, wizard’s chess (surprisingly), can make his eyebrows dance, can saw the alphabet backward in both English and Spanish, groups preferably smaller than larger, and loves animals (COMC is his best class.)
Weaknesses: Books, studying, essays, notes, herbology, potions, divination, ancient runes, and just most of school in general. His family, girls, dancing, one on one situations unless it’s family, spiders, and milk.
Positive Personality Traits: Street smart, funny, strong, determined, friendly, and leader.
Negative Personality Traits: Not book smart, cocky, irresponsible, quick-tempered, sarcastic, and a little lazy.
Hobbies and Interests: Pretty much only Quidditch but with all his time not playing quidditch this year he has taken up challenging everyone in chess.
Character History:

Sebastian Fletcher Lopez was born on May 17, 1998 as the first born of Alejandro and Juliet Lopez. He didn't spend long on his own and was joined by his younger brother Santiago George over a year later and in three more the boys were joined by Isabella Catherine. This making the family complete. The three grew up in a relatively normal lives. They learned about the magical world as both parents came from magical families. They were understood that not all people were gifted with magic like they were as their mother did chores around the house with out the help of a wand. Bash took the role of big brother very well. He teased his siblings but protected them when he could. He showed them how to do things and was always the one to get them out of trouble. Even if that meant taking the blame himself.

Going to Hogwarts for his first year was weird for Bash. He had grown up so close to his family. Being away from them didn't feel right but he was able to find his place. He made friends and took a strong liking in quidditch with this group of friends. He practicaly leaded the group through his need to be constantly doing something. He struggled in his classes and though it matttered a lot the first year of school the importance disappeared when Santi joined him the following year.

Santiago wasn't anything like Bash. He was smart and he was noticably shorter. It made him a target to many of the older student. Santi wasn't good at defending himself as Bash had always been there to make sure he didn't get hurt in anyway. After a few months of hiding the bullying from his brother Bash found out and things changed quickly. As someone who didn't do well in school and only being a second year he wasn't able to fight off the students with magic. Catching one of the booys taunting his little brother Bash hit the kid square in the face and breaking his nose. Due to the circumstances of the situation and it being his first real offense besides being late to a class Bash was let off rather easy. Word spread of Bash's way of showing his anger physically spread and Santi was left alone.

Bash continued to struggle in school and got ocassional help from his brother if it was possible. On ocassion he would get in trouble by his parents for his marks but only if they were bad enough for a professor to send home a letter in concern. Punishments never much and were hard to keep in place with the distance between Sebastion and his parents. But when ever he heard from them he focused a bit more in school. It was never a maraculus turn around with him. Once his grade went back up his study habits went away until the grades dipped back down again. All he had to do was apply himself. He had good work ethic when he wanted to and his study habits weren't bad. He just haddn't seen a point of it all for himself.

Bash's seventh year was the time of his life. He was on top of te world and nothing could take him down. At least that was what he completely believed. Half way through the school year it was clear that his grades were not getting any better. They were worse then ever but this didn't frighten the boy. He continued to practice when ever he could and joke around with his friends when he was in side the castle. The more the year continued the less time he spent in class and the more detentions he was assigned. Still nothing fazed the athelete. He didn't need school in order to be a famous quidditch player. In the end Bash failed his seventh year terribly. The ony thing he did any good in was Care of Magicail Creatures, a class that only came so naturally to him.

Returning home after that year was not pretty. The second he stepped off that train it was clear that his parents were fully aware that he didn't exactly accomplish a well completed education. But nothing was said to him. His parents let him do what he wanted and didn't stop him. Bash presuded his quidditch team and made it to becoming a reserve for a team. A team that showed him te ways of a famous quidditch player. Drinks, drinks, and drinks it was. This was when the young man's parents worried and practically threw an intervention. They told him to clean himself up and it effected Bash in a very odd way. He left the team and proposed returning to Hogwarts to actually do his final year of school.

Repeating his seventh year and completing his education fully was not a requirement for Sebastian. His parents, though disappiontment in their son's fail attempt in his final year, said he didn't have to return to Hogwarts. Bash saw the look in his parent's eyes. The disappiontment in him was clear and he wanted to do whatever he could do to change that. So he decided that he would return to Hogwarts and repeat his seventh year. There was just a few conditions with it. His parents told him no quidditch (he couldn't even bring his broom to school), he had to meet up with his brother and study at least once a week, no detentions, no hogsmeade weekends, and he will be staying at the school during breaks so he'll have all the time he needs to study. He didn't put up a fight. He didn't believe that he would be allowed to do some of these things going back anyway. Though he was very disappionted about the quidditch part. Its what he wants to do after school. A year without practice would make him a weaker player and make the struggle to get on a team harder.

Plots and Politics
What is your character’s stance on the recent takeover of the Ministry by Death Eaters? He's worried. His mother is a squib and he wants her to be safe. He started writing to his parents practically daily like he did back when he was in his first year of school. Alejandro keeps on insisting that everything is fine. Bash knows better.

Where did your character stand in the treatment of Death Eaters and their families under the late Minister Durant's rule? In the past, he hadn't thought much of it all. Now, he wonders if there was more that could have been done.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? On Bash, there was no direct effect. HIs mother doesn't speak of what happened to her back then Sebastian is very aware that whatever happened it wasn't good. His father has said there was a lot of hiding and living on the run and ready to pick up at any moment. Bash can't imagine what it's like to live like that.

Family History:
Juliet was her family's best kept secret. She still is actually. Once it was discovered that she had no magical ability she was kept hidden away in her family's house. Sh ewasn't denied knowledge and was taught everything that her mother could possibly extend to her daughter. Juliet never really went outside of her home and if she did it was made sure that none of the neighbors were home. It was all for her protection. She was her parent's little princess and they wanted no harm to come to her.

Alejandro met Juliet when they were in their early twenties. Juliet had left the protection of her parents' to live a normal life. They saw eachother in their local food market and Al crashed into a shelf with the cart. Al called it love at first site. Juliet calls it a young man trying to woo a girl. Whatever it was, it worked. Juliet and Alejandro seemed to hit it off. But both kept the secret of who they really were for a long while. They had met in a muggle market. They both knew they had to tell each other about the magical world at some point.

Who Juliet never changed what Al thought of her. They married only a few years before Voldemort took power again. And when the man rose to power the couple began running fo their lives. Juliet wanted to push Al away but the man refused to do so. He had so much hope that everything would be fine. So, they continued to run from town to town until they got word that it was over.
