General Appearance: Bellamy has very dark brown hair that sometimes looks black in the right light. His eyes are a bright, baby blue and his nose is a little on the wide side at the nostrils. He loves to smile, and has a very youthful face. Being who he is, he wears make-up more often than not, though he doesn’t like to be too dramatic about it and generally sticks to accentuating his natural features. He wears dresses and skirts pretty much all the time, unless trousers are somehow mandatory--he tends to ignore such rules anyway.

Positive Personality Traits: (All of them???) Bell is a kind soul, with kindness and generosity to spare. He’s hardly a pushover, however, and isn’t afraid to speak his mind when he thinks it’s necessary. While his self-confidence certainly isn’t low, he’s also humble enough to accept compliments gracefully when they’re offered. Emotionally, he’s rather stable and understanding, usually calm unless his protective instincts are triggered or a topic he’s particularly passionate about comes up.
Negative Personality Traits: Some people find Bell to be obnoxious and arrogant and unnecessarily flamboyant. His often flashy manner of dress and personality can rub people the wrong way without his meaning to, but he won’t apologize for being unashamedly himself. Studying things unrelated to fashion has never been his forte and likely never will, especially when he has so little natural skill in anything that isn’t Divination.

Character History:

Bellamy is the son of two adoring fathers. The result of careful planning and the generosity of an egg donor, he arrived into the world one fateful Valentine's day. His fathers encouraged his every pursuit throughout life, even during the very brief phase where he tried to enforce his masculinity. There was never a dull moment in the Bonfils' household. Bellamy (Bell, for short) began wearing women's clothes at a very young age. Never ones to discourage their son, his fathers purchased him any clothes he wanted from both the girls' and boys' sides of the store.

Bellamy researched and followed various drag queens avidly. His greatest desire is to be just like them, after all, and he refuses to back down. Bell's coming out was less of a coming out and more of a confirmation, to be honest. Telling everyone he was destined to be the greatest Queen that ever lived at the age of four tends to convince people of one's orientation.

Still, he was just as adventurous as any boy his age, and got into his fair share of mischief even if that mischief was got while in a dress or skirt. When his magic showed itself at the age of six, his parents were understandably shocked but thrilled. Despite the fact that he lived in France, he chose Hogwarts over Beauxbatons and hasn't regretted it since.

He grew up learning both French and English, and currently desires to learn German and Norwegian. Often while speaking, he will toss in a French word or two. When angry, he sometimes rants in full French, gesticulating wildly. Despite his curious nature, he is not the best student. In fact, he's rather pants at everything except Divination. Still, he finds everything concerning the Wizarding world fascinating. Bell figured out he was a Seer about half-way through his sixth year, when his often prophetic dreams really became much more frequent. They’d always been a presence, but ever since he turned 15 they’d been gaining in frequency and realism. He’s not sure how he feels about it, because it feels like far too much of a burden for him to bear, and he dreads the day when he actually has a prophecy to tell.

The recent developments with the Ministry takeover have him fearful, because he is so much different from all of them. Still, he refuses to retreat back to France until he’s at least graduated, and likely not even then. Besides, he can just as easily make his way in the Muggle world with none the wiser.

Plots and Politics
What is your character’s stance on the recent takeover of the Ministry by Death Eaters? Fearful but not willing to flee. He's standing his ground and they can fight him if they want him to surrender.

Where did your character stand in the treatment of Death Eaters and their families under the late Minister Durant's rule? Death Eaters need to be punished accordingly for their crimes, but their families should be left well enough alone unless they were in on it.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? He mostly wasn't, because they live in France and he began school after the Battle.

Family History:
Lucas and Gregory met in University while studying Photography and Design respectively. They hit it off, beginning as friends and later becoming something more. It was an easy partnership, though not without a few bumps along the way, and after three years together, Lucas proposed.

After they graduated, they got married with a small ceremony attended by their close friends and family, and quickly got to the business of starting their business. They opened a small clothing consignment shop, filled with vintage dresses and suits. After a few years of good, steady business, they counted their savings and began their search for a both a surrogate and an egg donor. One year later, Bellamy Luis Bonfils entered the world.
