Going out for a night out was something that Max didn’t do very often. It was not by choice but most of the time he wanted to be alone. He was still sociable however when he was out. He had always been like that even before he had been bitten. It was just now buried somewhere deep inside him. He just preferred to keep himself and while he could hold his alcohol very well, he still didn’t drink that much when he was out in age he came across someone who didn’t take very well to werewolves. He liked to think that these days, people had other things on their mind then what he was but Max could never be too sure. While he could sniff them out, he could never decipher just what was going on in their mind.

Just like many other werewolves, there was limited abilities to what they could do compared to what humans could do. But Max never used his extra sniffing ability for any kind of advantage of others. He preferred to keep his life free from misusing his abilities as a werewolf. He had his sisters who were all humans as wells their parents who he talked to all the time.He could hardly use his extra abilities to his advantage around them, let alone other humans. He did have a soul still despite his lycanthropy.

Max had decided to go out tonight and see what kind of fun he could have. He knew that the roadhouse was a decent place. When he had arrived he had found the place buzzing. He supposed that knew that from visiting the bar a few times before. But tonight he just wanted to drink in a different environment. Even he liked to venture out from time to time and he saw nothing wrong with heading out of Knockturn alley for a night out.

The drinks were good here and he had ordered a beer when he saw a younger man sit next to him. Max caught the stench immediately. But as soon as the smell filled his nostrils, he looked back to the bartender as they handed over his beer. He thanked then before yanking his head back to his right. ”Sorry, did you say something?” he asked wondering if the younger bloke had said something or if was indeed hearing things.
