It was curious to Levi that the vampire hadn’t reacted all that much when he practically stated that he knew what she was. He guessed he had been expecting some type of reaction, not for her to play along with the witty banter. He certainly hadn’t even expected her to be slightly entertaining, but she was certainly continually proving him wrong in this conversation. The longer they were talking, the more he realized that he had something better in mind with her that certainly didn’t involve meaningless words. It was daring, what he suggested, but he didn’t regret it in the slightest. Besides, he wasn’t judgmental. He was an asshole at times, mostly, but he wasn’t prejudice. He would shag any human whether they be Muggle, witch, vampire, werewolf, veela…any of them, really. His options certainly were rather open.

“You won’t be disappointed,” he smirked, feeling as if he could hear her doubt shouting at him. it was understandable, he supposed…especially since he was slightly on the same page. It really would be near impossible to distract her from her thirst…or so he was assuming, anyways. If it were an easy task, he supposed many more blokes would have accomplished the task and she wouldn’t have been surprised, if she was, at his suggestion. Feeling her touch against his chest made him want to take her there, though that was probably looked down upon. His arm moved around her waist, pulling the beautiful vampire tight against him. “You’ll find use in keeping me alive,” he replied against her ear before bringing his lips to hers.

She was not going to pretend that this offering wasn’t tempting in its own way. It was the very rare occasion indeed that she even noticed the attractiveness of any human male. For the most part, they all just looked the same to her—like a meal, and other than that they were interchangeable. But from the start, she had realized that this one was very much her type from back when she had actually had one. Of course, tattoos hadn’t exactly been common when she was a human, but looking past that, she could tell that he was exactly the man she’d go after for a shag. In fact, she might even like the tattoos… if she was thinking about it, and she obviously wasn’t. It didn’t matter to her if he was attractive, she told herself, it only matters if he’s going to be a good meal. Ella did find the fact that she was interesting in this office to be odd, but she knew that she had already decided that it was worth her time. She could give this one a chance to prove himself, and then kill him when he was wrong—easy enough. On the off chance that he was right, Ella would spare him… she was generous, after all, but the odds of that were practically nonexistent, so she wasn’t worried. Although she was enjoying trying to scare him off, her curiosity was getting the better of her and she found herself wanting this conversation to end.

“I won’t lie to you, the offer is incredibly… tempting,” she answered, even if she was quite sure that she would be disappointed, in his skills at least. Ella had no doubt that he would more than suffice as a meal, as she could already tell that he would taste exquisite. Overall, this was a win-win situation for her, and … not so much for him. Perhaps he liked the risk, because she couldn’t see another reason for him to be entering into such a situation when the odds were not in his favor. Her smirk widened as she ran her hand up his chest, and only moments later she was being brought flush against him. Yes, he wasn’t kidding; he really wanted to do this. How intriguing, and she knew just how worthwhile it would prove to be. “I’m afraid I’ll have to be the judge of that,” Ella replied, just as his lips moved to hers. Letting her arms wrap around his neck, she kissed him back, ignoring how close she was to the very best access point for her fangs. She was at least giving him a chance, she reminded herself, she couldn’t kill him until he had at least tried to prove his point.

Levi would be very interested if he would be able to manage to successfully distract a vampire from the thirst he had heard that they had. It was as if they had an unquenchable thirst of sorts, something that would forever keep them occupied in this life. To distract her from that would prove to be quite the accomplishment, obviously. He was uncertain if it could even be done, though he would attempt and he would succeed. Failing was simply not an option. It was as if he could hear he contemplating his words, debating if it really was a good decision to go with him or not. Well, perhaps she was debating if she should kill him yet or not, but he would at least pretend that she was debating on his offer.

He smirked at her words, glad to see that it was tempting even her. It certainly was tempting to him, at least. Whenever Levi found himself being tempted, he certainly wouldn’t back away from that, embracing whatever it is that he desired. That was the true way of living, clearly, and he would not waste his time denying anything he desired. Right now, he desired this vampire, curious how things would work out. He didn’t reply to her statement, though the smirk didn’t leave his features. He was certain there wouldn’t be much for her to judge; at least, there wouldn’t be much for her to be disappointed with as he would definitely be showing her the usefulness of mankind. Grinning, he pulled away, nodding in the direction for her to go with the intention of following her out.

It was a rare human that would willingly put himself into such danger. In fact, Ella could assume that it was almost unheard of for any man to go with a creature that could easily kill them, knowing exactly what she was. He might as well be offering up his carotid right to her, as he was pretty much giving her permission to kill him. Granted, she didn’t need his permissions, bloody obviously, but he was as good as giving it to her anyhow. For a moment she wondered if she was coming across a poor excuse of a vampire hunter, trying to get her alone. Those did exist, however useless most of them proved to be. In London already, she had come across one with her sister, and that one in particular was embarrassing as she had been a vampire as well. There was no solidary, apparently, since she had chosen to help the humans and go against her own kind. But this one didn’t have the look of a vampire hunter, per say, and she’d never met one that would outright admit that he knew what she was. Most went for a more subtle approach, not that it helped them any. No, this bloke seemed like he wanted to attempt to convince her of his skills—perhaps he just really wanted to prove to himself that he was as good as he thought he was. He could give it a try, but his efforts would more than likely be doomed before they began.

Normally, this was her game. She would seduce a bloke until he felt comfortable enough to leave with her. Then, if she were feeling impatient as she normally was, Ella would just take him to the nearest alleyway. Males loved that, liking to think that they were so irresistible that the bint wanted them to take her against a wall instead of waiting to get to a more suitable location. Just like that, she had herself a meal. It didn’t take long at all for a male to be convinced to leave with her; in fact, most of the time they were practically dragging her out the door. But she would allow this one to go differently, seeing where he wanted to take her and seeing what he could do. It would be successful for her no matter what, even if he failed, which he surely would. Ella got to her feet, noticing that he seemed ready to get out of there to prove his point. She didn’t know why he was in such a hurry for his almost inevitable death, but he must be rather confident that he would be able to change her mind. With him being as sure of himself as he clearly was, Ella was very curious to see just how quickly she got bored. At the thought, she began to weave through the tables toward the door.

This night was definitely bound to be one of his more interesting nights in a long time. He really couldn’t think of another night that was more interesting than shagging a vampire, really. If he died, then he died…simple as that. He wasn’t depressed and wanted to die, he simply didn’t fear what death brought. At least for a vampire, death seemed to help them a hell of a lot more. This vampire was simply hot and he really wondered if that’s what she looked like previous to death or if she had been just a bland human like the rest. He supposed at least some of her look had to be from when she was human so perhaps she was just slightly attractive. Levi wondered what this room would do if they found out that there was a vampire in their presence, mildly amused by the fear that would be felt as the room cleared out. Vampires were feared as beasts, so much so that even other creatures refused to share a status with them. They weren’t so bad in his opinion as could they really be blamed for their bloodlust? It was simply a part of who they were, a need, if one willed.

Levi wondered what was on the vampire’s mind, curious if he would even make it to where they needed to go. For all he knew, the second they were out of sight, she would kill him in an instant, making the thrill all the greater. There was something unpredictable about this encounter, something that was making his adrenaline pour quickly through his veins as he knew that death could be just a moment away. So often, he was in charge of when a person died as he was an executioner. Now, he felt like he was leading this bint to his own execution, knowing that she had the power to take his life or prolong it just a bit. At that thought, he knew that tonight was set out to be remarkable.
