Part of Persephone wished this conversation was more awkward, or that she still found him to be the most aggravating man on the face of the earth. Neither one of those things was happening, and it was almost off-putting. It didn’t feel like he was forcing the amusing conversation on his end. He was actually quite pleasant to be around, though she supposed it was because they didn’t have to be around each other 24/7. Yes, this was going well because they weren’t going to be forced to be in each other’s presence after this interaction. For a split second she almost felt sad that there would be no real reason to seek him out after this… purely for physical needs, absolutely nothing else. That’s all she wanted was the intimacy they had, not his company in a friendly way. No, they definitely couldn’t sleep with each other again. Gods her mind was getting away with her.

She shook her head in amusement as he commented on the apparent compliment he had given her. It was still difficult to process that he had done that, let alone admit that he had. ” Девушка может мечтать, не так ли?” She replied with a smile as he told her not to get used to it. She, of course, didn’t expect him to actually do it again. Hell, for all she knew he hadn’t actually meant it. He was an excellent actor as she had learned during the detail they had a few months before. By the end of it it seemed like the close physical contact they had to do in public was easier. She had even found that giving him a chaste kiss in public wasn’t a big deal, though behind the scenes she guessed it made sense as they tended to be intimate on a regular basis. They technically kissed all the time so that was definitely the reason why.

Her laughter grew a little louder finding this conversation to be extraordinarily easy to maintain. She quirked an eyebrow at Petrov trying to be mindful of what she would respond with. Had it been just the two of them she had a few things in mind to say, none of them appropriate. ” Вы не можете винить меня за попытку.” She replied putting her hands up with a shrug. ”Then again… the third time was the charm.” She joked winking at Petrov before chuckling gently. She figured the comment wouldn’t seem out of place. She and Spiridon often made inappropriate jokes with each other after all. ”He’s the bitter one. He’s just upset I cut him off.” She added raising her eyebrows ever so slightly at Petrov. As far as she was concerned there wasn’t harm in having a little fun with this conversation.

Девушка может мечтать, не так ли
A girl can dream, right?

Вы не можете винить меня за попытку
You can’t blame me for trying.

Looking back, he still couldn’t believe the odds of the situation that they had found themselves in. Out of all of the people in Moscow, and all of them that went out for drinks as that was common obviously, they had happened to come across each other and were both drunk enough to consider a one-night stand a good idea. From what Nikolai had learned about her from the detail and from them picking up seeking each other out for physical needs, was that getting intoxicated wasn’t all that normal for DiTraverso either. He hadn’t seen her so much a tipsy since then, though he supposed that could be blamed on the fact that they didn’t hang around each other outside of working together—which was no time to be drinking anyhow. She also didn’t take many nights off, something that he told her that she could do… to get rid of her, for one, but also because everyone needed some time off. He was an exception to that, choosing to work pretty much constantly, but most others did like having some time to themselves. But she had pretty much never taken him up on that. So how was it that they had both taken a night off, at the same time, at the same bar, and both were intoxicated when that wasn’t common for them? The events that had to transpire to make their one-night stand happen were pretty damn ridiculous, really, a situation that wouldn’t have occurred even if one thing had been different.

Working with her probably would have been a hell of a lot easier overall if it hadn’t happened, because she would have had nothing to prove. Despite what she would say, Nikolai knew that she couldn’t have been that challenging to work with, and that it had a lot to do with thinking she had to make up for the fact that she had slept with her boss. It wasn’t as if he had thought anything less of her because of that, not that he would ever say that out loud at the time. That would have been too close to a compliment, and the last thing that he had ever thought she needed was a boost to her ego. But now apparently he was just complimenting her, for whatever reason that was. He supposed he could just blame that on them not having been around each other for a while. Maybe she just looked better than he remembered—or maybe he was just overtired. “Пока , как вы знаете , что не все мечты сбываются,” he joked, shaking his head. Apparently she found him complimenting her as odd as he found it, but luckily Spiridon wouldn’t know just how odd it was.

Nikolai supposed the direction of this conversation was heading toward was a bit risky, as they had to be mindful of just what they actually said. Joking around was common in the office for the most part, and Spiridon knew his humor and probably knew DiTraverso’s; but he would just have to make sure that he didn’t say anything that was too inappropriate. “Suppose I can’t,” he responded, shrugging as if women just threw themselves at him all the time. “Я привык к этому.” Nikolai added, before shaking his head. “Third time? Я не сделал пещеру легко.” In his mind, this conversation was going well, even with the questionable topic that they were on. “фигня. I cut you off first.” He countered, shooting her an amused look. This really was coming too easily for them, which was different than their past conversations, certainly.

Пока , как вы знаете , что не все мечты сбываются: As long as you know not all dreams come true
Я привык к этому: I'm used to it
Я не сделал пещеру легко: I didn't cave that easily
фигня: Bullshit

Persephone was starting to think the universe had a cruel sense of humor. It felt like no matter what she did she would always end up bumping into Petrov. Hell, even if she dropped her career as an auror, which she knew would never happen, she felt like their paths would cross again. Of course after they stopped working together was when they started getting along, at least it felt like they were without really trying. It would have made their lives so much easier if they had gotten along back during their detail, though she supposed they wouldn’t have started sleeping with each other again. If she recalled correctly it was in the middle of a more intense argument that they had somehow ended up shagging then soon after decided that that was how they would work things out between them. It was strange for her to think not shagging was a bad thing. For the love of Merlin she spent the better part of a year sleeping with her boss. She should feel ashamed of it, but now that they were face to face it didn’t feel that way at all.

She smiled and laughed lightly at his next comment on dreams not coming true. She was sure as far as she was concerned that she would never hear another compliment from him ever again. It wasn’t to say that she hadn’t enjoyed the compliment but it had been a bit of a shock to her. ”I’m sure you are.” She said with a snort of amusement. To be honest, he was very attractive and she couldn’t deny that. If she really thought about she wondered just how many fights she had started just to get a rise out of him ending with her beneath him. ” это нормально признать, что вы просто. I’m sure no one will judge you… except me. I will judge the shit out of you.” She joked giving him a comforting pat on the shoulder without realizing that she was getting a good bit closer to him as the conversation continued. ” Пожалуйста , может сократить меня , если хотите.” She said giving him a smirk. It had been mutually agreed upon that after the detail was over so was their sexual relationship from what she could remember.

Spiridon really felt there was something off between the two, though before he could fully come to some kind of educated guess the receptionist called for him. There had already been some talk among fellow aurors joking that Petrov and DiTraverso would probably end up together and the more he was around the pair the more he was willing to agree with their colleagues. Granted he was starting to get a nagging feeling that something may have already happened. He wondered what their reaction would be if he bluffed a bit telling them it seemed like they needed to talk things out in private. He excused himself as he walked away from the pair to see what the receptionist needed. ”So how suspicious do you think Spiridon is?” She asked Petrov quietly moving slightly closer to him glad for the few minutes they had alone to talk. Part of her felt like they should actually talk about all of this.

это нормально признать, что вы просто
It’s okay to admit you’re easy.

Пожалуйста , может сократить меня , если хотите
Please, you couldn’t cut me off if you wanted to.

He supposed, at the very least, it was a good thing that he had his own company and still wasn’t in the aurors’ office every day. That would have made their interactions a hell of a lot more awkward since they wouldn’t have been able to ever avoid them. However, he supposed that if that was the case, they would have known each other prior to their one-night stand… since he would have met her when they first started. Even if shit hadn’t happened like that and they still had that encounter, they would at least just be coworkers… which was probably a bit better than him being her boss. But now that their detail was over, Nikolai supposed that he wasn’t really her… anything, anymore. Not that that mattered, he told himself, wondering why the thought had come to mind to begin with. Nikolai really didn’t know why these thoughts were coming to his mind anyhow, as he wasn’t one to normally think about how situations could have gone differently. He hadn’t realized it, but he might have actually missed her over the past months—or at least, missing aggravating her or vise versa in order to end up with them solving their problems in a more… effective way.

This conversation was actually incredibly amusing, something that he wasn’t used to in the slightest when it came to DiTraverso. Even when they had been sleeping together and faking it in public, they still had a hell of a problem having any kind of conversation that didn’t end in an argument or that wasn’t forced. Perhaps not working with her had made her more tolerable, or maybe the fact that she no longer had to ‘prove herself’ since she’d slept with her boss, but he wasn’t one to figure out why women did anything. They were more complicated than any damn case he’d ever had, and that included all the time that he had spent undercover. “Не ревнуй,” he replied, grinning. He really didn’t find himself outside of work enough to even know if women would throw themselves at him, as the last time he had been out at a bar had been when he’d met DiTraverso—and that had ended rather successfully, though he didn’t recall who had initiated conversation or anything that happened afterward. “I would never admit that,” Nikolai replied, solemnly, an amused expression on his face. He was going to continue to find it odd that they were getting along right now, thinking that it would have been a hell of a lot easier to work with her if it had been like this, though he couldn’t complain since it had ended up with their arrangement coming together—and any result that ending with having sex with an attractive woman was obviously the best one in his mind. “Но я сделал,” he said, shaking his head. He had no idea the type of humor that DiTraverso had with other people in the department, but he could only assume that this type of joking was normal and believable for Spiridon.

Only moments later, Spiridon was walking away, and Nikolai glanced after him before turning his gaze back to DiTraverso. The receptionist probably wouldn’t need him all that long, after all. “Impossible to tell,” he replied, shrugging. The man was an auror for a reason, clearly, and that meant that he was good at reading people; but he hadn’t yet called them out, so it was always possible that he was falling for it. “He’s too damn observant for his own good, really,” Nikolai added, jokingly, but knowing that it was true. It really was best for both of them, but DiTraverso in particular, that this didn’t get out of anyone that she worked with.

This was just getting stranger by the moment and she wasn’t exactly sure how she felt about that. Part of her enjoyed this, and the other was slightly nervous. She felt like she suddenly didn’t know Petrov as well as she had. Granted she guessed him being her boss would make sense to others as to why she felt that way. Then again she was pretty damn sure most people didn’t shag their bosses at all let alone on a regular basis. It was a wonder how they were able to keep appearances especially now. It had been easier back then since no one would ever really be able to tell, and they were going out as a couple in public. Couples had sex all the time, so it was for the good of the detail that they made it seem believable… If they had sex with each other it would make pretending easier… kind of. No, she was pretty sure they fought more when it came to that just so they could sleep together. At least on her end she could admit that that was possibly one of the reasons she continued to be difficult.

She rolled her eyes as he said she was jealous. Though if she were to think about it if he had moved on from her… no their detail, not her… and was now with someone else she might be slightly jeal—No, absolutely not. She was losing her damn mind. Though part of her wondered how he would react if she offered to continue their agreement, only they wouldn’t have to argue necessarily for it to happen. She glanced up at him feeling like she really may have missed him. Merlin maybe Spiridon was right and she was slowly going to start losing her mind at this rate with how much she worked. Why else would she miss the aggravating man? ”I’m sure you won’t.” She replied laughing lightly though she was well aware that some people may find her to be the easy one if they discovered she and Petrov had been sleeping together. She arched an eyebrow at him as he insisted he cut her off. She wanted to say something a bit more inappropriate but there were certain lines she didn’t even cross with Spiridon while joking. So instead she kept her mouth shut.

She had been relieved when Spiridon walked away letting out a long breath as if she had been holding it the entire time before rubbing her forehead absently. ”I’m pretty sure he’s going to try to get me tipsy later and start asking questions.” She said glancing over at where Spiridon was standing, which was a good distance away. ” Он на самом деле.” She agreed with a weak smile noticing that Spiridon seemed to be flirting with the receptionist and rolled her eyes. Her partner could be a pain sometimes, but she loved him like family. ” Вы когда-нибудь пропустить его ...” She asked without really thinking before glancing back over at him laughing nervously. ”Working together… I meant working together… obviously.” She corrected herself quickly though she knew he probably already realized what she had been asking him.

Он на самом деле
He really is.

Вы когда-нибудь пропустить его ...
Do you ever miss it…

He had decided that this might simply be easier for them since he was technically no longer her boss. Aside from that, perhaps they actually would have gotten along. It was what everyone had been telling him, and Vadik never assigned any aurors to his cases if he didn’t think that they would mesh well together. Nikolai had just thought the man was losing his edge on picking up on shit like that, or that he had just missed this one time… no one could shoot one hundred percent, after all, and he was bound to make a mistake one time. Though he supposed that meant that Vadik had been wrong, in thinking that they would work well together with him being her boss, but everyone else might have had a point. They were talking about them getting along in general, which he was finding to be true in this conversation at least. But then that lead him right back to wondering if they would have gotten along, even with him as her boss, if they hadn’t slept together prior to their detail. Would she had been that irritating to work with if she wasn’t trying to clearly make up for what had happened by proving that she could do the job? Then perhaps Vadik had been right and the circumstances had just led him to end up being incorrect. Regardless of all of that, as he still didn’t know why he was focusing on different other routes that could have occurred, their detail was over and that made him curious about if they were actually able to get along now.

If that was the case, then maybe they could continue their arrangement… without the arguing on purpose, of course. They could just experiment to see if they could actually be around each other and then also continue sleeping together. Sounds oddly like dating, a voice stated from the back of his mind, which he pushed away. He must be overtired, because that was the only reason to explain such a random thought even coming to his mind. Thinking that she was actually decent to be around and that he missed the sex was not anything that led him to think that he wanted to date the woman—he didn’t even date. This was ridiculous. “Так что держите между нами,” he added, jokingly. Apparent easiness aside, it really was for the best that it didn’t get out the way that they’d solved their problems throughout the majority of their detail. People would have a hell of a lot of opinions about that, most of them not being positive in the slightest—or so he would assume. Nikolai supposed he had known a lot of these people for years and that they probably wouldn’t judge, but it was a delicate situation.

“Well, I can give personal testament that your judgment is impaired when drinking, so watch yourself,” Nikolai joked, chuckling. After all, them getting drunk was what had started this all to begin with. But somehow he doubted it was all that easy to get her tipsy, simply because he hadn’t seen her drink that much since working with her. DiTraverso just didn’t seem like the type to get drunk all that often, which meant she would probably not spill anything to Spiridon unintentionally. He raised an eyebrow at her question, wondering if she was actually straight up asking if he missed their physical relationship—in fact, that was most certainly what she was asking, but she quickly corrected herself regardless. “Working together,” he repeated, grinning crookedly. “When you weren’t being incredibly impossible and aggravating, I suppose I do,” Nikolai added, lightly. He glanced back over at Spiridon to see that he was still preoccupied by the receptionist before turning his gaze back to DiTraverso with an amused expression. “Но я определенно пропустите секс,” he stated, quietly, finding himself curious to see her reaction to that one, particularly since he was sure she wouldn’t have been expecting such a comment in the current setting.

Так что держите между нами: So keep it between us
Но я определенно пропустите секс: But I definitely miss the sex

This conversation was almost making her uncomfortable in a sense. It was like an alternate universe where she and Petrov got along without having to shag each other. That was an odd concept in general though she felt they were both doing a fantastic job as to not give any indication that some parts of their joking held quite a good bit of truth to them. Or at least that their teasing of sleeping together was very real. So far she hadn’t said anything she wouldn’t say to Spiridon when they were poking fun at each other. She figured Petrov had already caught on that this kind of humor was normal between she and his old partner. Even with that she was fearful they were starting to walk that fine line where one of them would say something that Spiridon would immediately pick up on.

Her mind wandered for a moment, wondering what the reaction would be if they were actually ‘together’ as a couple. Would that be less offensive than people just finding out they were sleeping with each other? Would it be a shock? Why was she even thinking about this nonsense? Sure she missed having someone just to share a cup of coffee with in the morning… and there were those random moments where she lay beside him after they sorted out a ‘disagreement’ that she felt content as a whole. That would be nice to have again, buy without the constant fighting. She wondered what it would be like to go to bed with each other without having to have an argument ahead of time. She was starting to think she may need to go see a therapist… if she was thinking about Petrov as being more than a lay, flirting with the idea of having more, she must be going crazy.

”Impaired is putting it mildly.” She laughed lightly with a shake of her head. If she were to really think about it he was probably the best choice out of the blokes already in there. Granted she could only remember bits and pieces of the evening, but before she had gotten totally pissed she recalled quite a few men that had approached her. Hell if it hadn’t been for that evening who knew what would have happened. Something in the back of her mind wanted to believe that there was some cosmic reason behind that evening. She arched an eyebrow at Petrov as he answered her question. ”I could say the same about you.” She replied with a laugh. What he had said next had definitely startled her as she hadn’t thought he would be so bold as to actually say something outright about them sleeping together. While others wouldn’t have caught it she could feel that her eyebrows immediately rose at the comment though very slightly. ” Это предложение все еще находится на столе ...” She replied smoothly maintaining eye contact with him. It had actually been more of an involuntary response as, in her proper mindset, she would never suggest they continue to sleep together… at least not in the middle of the hall outside of her boss’ office. "That is if you are still interested…" She added with a quirked eyebrow. She was sure he hadn't been expecting the response she gave back as typically that would have pissed her off if he said something like that to her during their detail.

Это предложение все еще находится на столе ...
The offer is still on the table…

It was certainly good that Spiridon had stepped away for a moment, even if he would surely be back before too long… though by the looks of his conversation with the receptionist, it had gone far past the original reasoning for him to be over there. Luckily, she might be able to distract him long enough for them to finish this conversation. Well, he supposed that it was finished, or it should have been. They didn’t know how much Spiridon was suspicious and that was that, which meant that he should want his former partner to come back over. During the detail, he and DiTraverso being alone together for any amount of time had always ended badly, or with them naked… obviously, and he couldn’t recall the last time that they had ever had a normal conversation in private—expect probably when they had first met, though he didn’t recall. This entire situation was simply odd, and getting stranger by the moment. He smirked in amusement at her comment, trying to remember even the slightest detail about that evening, even as much as who had approached whom. Nikolai really had no idea, but that didn’t mean that he wasn’t going to momentarily pretend that he did. “Вы должны были пьяны. To go up to a man and shamelessly proposition him,” he replied, shaking his head as if reminiscing. It really was surprising that they were both so drunk to not even remember something like that, or at least, he had been—she could have remembered and be holding back, but he highly doubted that.

I was never impossible, nor was I aggravating,” Nikolai said, grinning. When it came to working with each other, it seemed like they brought out… not each others’ worst traits because that wasn’t the case and they had done excellently as far as the actually detail was concerned. But they had brought out the argumentative side, or something, because he was normally pretty damn easy to work with. Strict about getting the damn job done, but he had never heard anyone say that he was a bad person to work with. Now that he was looking back at it and looking at DiTraverso’s interactions with Spiridon, he could guess that the same could be said about her, making that entire situation probably just be the effects of them sleeping together and not knowing how to damn well act about it for a while.

Nikolai had no idea what even possessed him to say that statement out loud, other than just wondering how she would react to it. But now he was feeling like that was probably a mistake anyhow, for more reasons than he could really count. First off, they were in the middle of the damn aurors’ office near her boss’s door, and Merlin only knew how Vadik would react to knowing about this shit. Then there was the simple fact that he shouldn’t be tempting himself with something like this when more than likely it would be best for them to not even open that door again. His smirk widened at her response, though it had not been at all what he’d expected from her. Really, he thought that it might bring back some arguing, which would remind both of them of just what happened when they had any manner of conversation—but apparently not. “не искушай меня,” he said, quietly, before she spoke again. He leaned casually against the wall, checking to make sure that Spiridon was still preoccupied with the receptionist before turning his gaze back to DiTraverso. “О, я еще заинтересованный.” Nikolai added before he could stop himself. Really, he should just tell her that he wasn’t interested, because he was apparently going crazy and thinking about her in ways he shouldn’t be, having nothing to do with sex, which was insane.

Вы должны были пьяны: You must have been impaired
не искушай меня: Don't tempt me
О, я еще заинтересованный: Oh, I'm still interested

Persephone was pretty sure she had never been that drunk in her entire adult life as she had been the night she met Petrov. Of course the first time she got completely trashed was in a busy bar in Moscow where, while it was absolutely not her intention, she could have had a one off with anyone and been confident she would never see them again. She had been sure she would have never crossed paths with Petrov again though it did happen obviously. She was wondering if it wouldn't have been better if they had made it to her apartment where she had a few pictures up of she and her colleagues in England in their dress uniforms. Though it wouldn't have been awkward for her at least one of them would have known they were in the same profession and braced themselves for another run in. She briefly wondered what Petrov would have done the following morning as he prepared to leave and saw the pictures showing him that she was an auror. "К сожалению , я просто не мог с собой поделать." She said with a shrug before laughing lightly. To hell if she could remember who initiated what. She'd like to think that he had as she would never just blatantly proposition a bloke, but then again before then she would have never gone home with a strange man either. She shook her head at him with a smile as he said he was never aggravating. "I assure you, you were." She teased. She was willing to bet she was the more aggravating one out of them both but she wasn't going to outright admit it.

This conversation had finally crossed the line, no it took a flying leap over that line that they should really be maintaining at that moment. She should have just brushed his comment about missing having sex with each other off and played it as another joke instead of whatever the hell she was doing now. Everyone knew she had been working for Petrov for a bit over a year before returning and all she needed was for the wrong person to overhear them discussing continuing a sexual relationship when it had started when she was his damn subordinate. And she didn't even want to think of how Vadik would respond to that. She had caught Petrov checking to be sure Spiridon was still preoccupied before speaking again. It was strange that she felt an odd thrill go through her as he said he was still interested. That was absolutely not the direction she thought this conversation would go. "Good..." She replied with a sly smile though it had seemed she wasn't able to stop that response from coming. She glanced back over at Spiridon as her mind worked through this all. If they were going to actually go through with this they really needed to figure out some ground rules and expectations between them. She knew if she left the conversation as is then met up with Petrov later there wouldn't be any talking, well at least she knew she wouldn't be interested in talking right off the bat. They needed to speak now in private before she could really feel okay with this. She had noticed Spiridon was moving in for the kill with the receptionist and was completely oblivious to anything else going on. She leaned in slightly lowering her voice "Встретимся в моем кабинете. I'll get rid of Spiridon." She said nodding to the office two doors down from them before straightening her posture and heading towards the receptionist.

К сожалению , я просто не мог с собой поделать
Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

Встретимся в моем кабинете.
Meet me in my office.

It was odd to him, almost, that Vadik hadn’t mentioned DiTraverso still being around, now that he thought about it. The man seemed to constantly make it a habit of telling Nikolai what was going on in the office along with, in particular, how anyone was doing that had worked a case with him. The amount that the older man told him seemed to vary based on how much Nikolai had gotten along with them; granted, he had gotten on with them all a great deal, since Vadik had always been good at matching people up, but there were always slight differences. Vadik seemed to talk about people more if Nikolai had gotten along with them a bit less, and talking less about people that Vadik knew Nikolai had gotten along with and now considered a friend, since he knew that Nikolai would know enough about them simply from speaking to them himself. So, with that logic in mind, Vadik must have thought that he and DiTraverso were still in contact and that had been why he hadn’t bothered to keep him up to date that she was still around and what she was doing. That simply once again brought up the idea that really everyone thought that the pair would get along that damn well. They had, after all, once the sex had been added into the mix to mellow them both out, but now they were actually talking normally and they hadn’t slept together in months. He was unsure what to think about that still, even as his mind tried to reach any kind of conclusion as to why that would be. “I know you couldn’t—that’s why I never drank with you again,” Nikolai replied, solemnly, an amused expression on his face. He would continue to find it odd that neither of the pair seemed to drink all that much except for that one night, and that simply made it seem like the one-night stand between them was supposed to happen… if he believed in shit like that, which he didn’t. “Fine, I was. But you were more aggravating by a landslide.” He could concede that, after all, as he hadn’t exactly known how to work with someone he had slept with either; she just had the added problem of it having been her boss than she’d slept with, which somehow made it worse in the eyes of many people, apparently.

This conversation had taken a turn when Spiridon walked off, and Nikolai wondered vaguely if he should have excused himself as well. If he had thought that them suddenly being alone would result in any kind of argument, like it used to, he would have. In fact, that would have been his move the second that the receptionist called his former partner over, so it was actually more surprising that the idea hadn’t even crossed his mind. Instead, he had stayed in this conversation, which was turning out to be far too enjoyable, and now they were talking about sex… that had taken all of… a few damn minutes of them being alone together. Of course, now he was just far too tempted, and his mind was still trying to figure out where it was at about this entire situation. He was starting to think that he really might have missed her, and it wasn’t until this moment that he recalled that it might not be for just the sex. After all, she had been decent to be around once they had sorted out their issues, and he might have missed that as well. These past few months had felt off, and he hadn’t been able to pinpoint just why that was. That would explain it, he supposed, however odd that was.

He nodded in response to her statement, glancing at the office door that she nodded at. Why did she get a damn office, he thought to himself, amused, as he watched her head over to Spiridon and the receptionist. He supposed that made sense since she was visiting from another aurors’ office, and either way, it didn’t matter to him why she had an office… it was convenient for them for this conversation that they were about to have, after all. He stepped into the office once he knew that Spiridon wasn’t glancing over to see it happen, not that it mattered. Going to talk to someone in their office wasn’t uncommon, obviously, so he just needed to not look suspicious. Not that this was suspicious, since they were just talking in her office… oh, who was he fooling, he highly doubted that they were actually about to talk. Unless they were. Really, he had no damn clue what to expect. Once he had shut the door behind him, he took a glance around the room, before heading to lean against the desk as he waited for DiTraverso to finish ‘getting rid of Spiridon,’ however she planned on pulling that off.
