TRI-RIDDLE TOURNAMENT
Do you think that you have what it takes to compete in the Tri-Riddle Tournament? Well then, you have come to the right place. For this month's activity, you will compete in three 'tasks,' in order to try to reach the end of the Tri-Riddle Tournament. So let's just explain how this works, shall we? It's got some structure to it, so make sure you pay attention!
First things first, you need to enter the tourament. Since you have to be 17 years old to enter the Triwizard Tournament, you will have to have posted 1,000 words in RP posts (with any character) for July. Post links for proof, of course! Once you have, then you can enter the tournament and you will be given your first riddle!
Your riddle will lead you to a board on site where you need to either 1) start a thread or 2) reply to an open thread if there happens to be one there. Once you do that, post back here telling us where your riddle led you and a link to the thread. If you were right, then you move onto the second task. If you were wrong, then we tell you and you can keep searching for the right board.
For the second task, you must post 1,000 words in RP posts with one character of your choosing. Once you do that, you can post on this board with proof and you will be given your second riddle!
Again, that will lead you to a board where the process is the same. You can post a thread or reply to an open, and then see if you got your riddle right. You should note that riddles will be getting harder each round, so don't necessarily expect to get all of them right on the first try. Once you do, though... you're getting the point. You get to move onto the third task!
In order to compete in the third task, you need 1,000 words in RP posts with a different character of your choosing and you must start an open thread. Once you do that, you can come back here to get your third riddle!
You get the drift by this point. Try to find the thread location, post a thread/reply to an open there and then get back here to see if you were right!
If that happens... DO YOU THINK IT'S OVER? Of course it's not. Harry and Cedric thought it was over when they grabbed the Triwizard Cup and they were sadly mistaken, now weren't they? (Ow. Too soon. RIP Cedric).
No, once you finish the third task, there will be a mystery challenge ahead. But we can't reveal all of our secrets, now can we?
Anyways! The first person to complete the Tri-Riddle Tournament will get ten sickles. The second place winner will get seven sickles, and the third place winner will get five sickles. Anyone else that makes it to the end but doesn't place will still get one sickle because this is hard work, guys!
