Curls of dark and dirty blonde, blazing blue eyes and a tall, broad stature that's supple enough to have him voted 'most flexible' agent for three years running... Tommy switches between looking sharp dressed and clean shaven to extreme scruff and looking homeless. His face gives him away all the time so he's a bad liar to anyone he knows well and he's usually sporting bruises and cuts. skills
Spying: Tactical observation is its real name, but Tommy calls it as it is. He has such sharp eyesight that he can spot a sniper from a highrise twenty blocks away and put a bullet in him. If he needs to. He's just a great listener and has an eye for detail. Stakeouts with him are a highlight to anyone's week.
Double Agent: Sometimes through MI6 he has to go into some unsavoury business and gee whiz can he act the part to perfection. Relaying information back isn't an issue either as he's pretty creative about reaching his goals. Ask Alec. His plans can get pretty elaborate. Or he just acts.
Undercover ops: He can make himself scarce or can blend in so well that people don't realise he wasn't there to begin with. If he has to go deep, he prefers to have @009 there with him to have his back, but he can stay under as long as he needs to. Bit hard to explain to a girlfriend which is one of the reasons that spurred him to put a ring on that beautiful, crazy talented witch Kinsley so she knew he wasn't cheating on her, he wasn't even in the country for that without him having to tell her about his job.
Eating his body weight in food: Kinsley is a mean cook. He'd say you should try it but he'd get jealous... or he'd have already eaten it. Just take his word for it.
Starting fights without lifting a hand: He just has a handsome face that sometimes begs someone to punch it. Or his face snorts at someone while he's taking a sip of beer and suddenly his pint glass is imbedded in someone else's face. Oops.
Selling Witch Watcher products: The glorious, world-renowned dieting regime for Women as well as a leading cosmetics & perfume brand. He hates it. He despises it. Alec is his nemesis for forcing him into it. But damn can he sell the damned stuff to the right person.
Hand-to-hand combat: Passed with the highest marks in his corp. His reflexes are shit-hot. The only person who matches him is Alec but he'll never admit it.
Marksman: Expert marksman, he can throw a knife at a moving target - like Alec - and nail his apple to a wall. Guns? No problemo. Wand fight? Look out.
Duelling: Defense Against the Dark Arts was his jam as was duelling club and he sailed through them with O's.
Disguising charms: Is that the lady in red from the Matrix? No, just Tommy, on an undercover opp. Was he supposed to be said lassie from the Matrix? No. But she's an icon and since no one would ever be able to prove it was him, it's fun to wind up the cadets with.
Stealth: Incredibly light on his feet and a top-class infiltrator! Again, the only person that has him nailed is Alec, but it has taken years for that to happen.
Breaking all of the rules: Rules are guidelines only and if he breaks them all and still get's the desired results, then what, pray tell, is the problem? Rules are for other people who aren't Tommy.
Top Class Improvisor: He never needs a plan, and he usually ignores a plan if there is one. His improvising is so renowned that a few in his corp are scared of him and his intensity, and sharp skill at succeeding by doing it his way.
Getting the bad guy: Doesn't matter how much he breaks, destroys, or accidentally maims or kills. Tommy will get the Bad Guy. Always. The only time he didn't was when he "died" and ran to France and pretended to be an onion seller for a week until Alec caught up with him. He is gonna get the bad guy and kill him for making him fake-die and leave Kinsley a not-widow who is trying to date other people even though she is married still and doesn't realise it.
Making Kinsley's Dates Disappear: Ask him no questions, he'll tell you no lies. But he always knows about the guy before he meets his wife and then said guy vanishes.
Piloting: Best pilot of his graduation class, Tommy rose through the ranks of the R.A.F to the point that his name is renowned and he is personally asked for when it comes to sensitive ops.
Assassination: Good thing Kinsley only knew about his pilot job and not about his MI6 as that could have been awkward if a body count had ever been asked for. After years in the R.A.F, he was recruited al0ngside Alec into the MI6 Wizarding devision, and he specialised in something he never would have dreamed of.  Tommy can take out a room of people without being suspected, seen, or stupefied. It's a knacck
Marrying the best woman:   "Have you met @kinsley ?! Sorry, Jett, but Kinsley is where it's at. You and Alec are perfect for each other, please don't glare at me I'm vulnerable and covered in lipstick-"
Unorthadox thinking: What box? Just because its highliy improbable to work doesn't mean it's impossible and there is alwaysa solution.
Practicality: Okay, so this might disappear around his not-widow, but he is insanely practical. Emotion very rarely factors. Pain? Pffft. He'll walk it off. oh, he broke his legs? He'll crawl it off, then, while looking like a majestic merman in suit trousers. He prefers his combats.
Writing with both hands at the same time: How else was he going to get his essays and homework and paperwork for the Auror department done in time otherwise?
Breaking and entering: If it's breakable and it gets him where he needs to be, he will do it.
Beating death: It's never stuck. Tommy has "died" at least two dozen times and he is still breathing. Only this time he's officially dead evcn if he isn't physically.

      WEAKNESSES

Alec, his abuser Best Friend: Alec is his weakness for many reasons. He is his impulse control, his 'keeper',  his best friend, and the guy who has had his back for... since school. Best man at his wedding and best other agent he's ever met. 009 for a reason. If anyone hurt Alec, he would kill them so hard they would be unable to identify the body or who did it, let alone how they did it. No one - except him - gets to dick with Alec and live.
Kinsley, his NotExWifeJustANotWidow: One day she was just another mugging victim, then the next she was the occupier of his thoughts and the reason he fell through a skylight and was suspended a hundred feet above a shopping mall's ground floor by his harness because he spotted her walking down the street when he was on a mission. There is nothing he wouldn't do for his wife. Except let her date other men. Just because she doesn't know he's alive doesn't make her available for picking like a ripe fruit at a harvest. He called dibs.
Jett, his abuser's Best Friend's Wife: Jett intimidates him a whole lot and he tries to avoid her eagle eye when he knows he's doing something he shouldn't be because dammit that woman always knows. Plus, the fact that not even Alec knows what her real job is greatly concerns him. However, as his wife's best friend and his best friend's wife, he constantly tries not to piss her off because he needs information and she is his golden ticket.
Causes tons of damage: Tommy has very little patience, and if he can do something faster and more efficiently - like getting to a suspect faster by blowing a wall apart - then he is going to do it. He doesn't care about the bill of damage he causes. Did he get the bad guy? Did he complete the mission? He can't help it okay he has terrible impulse control and if Alec doesn't stop him then he will break everything.
Fixing and Leaving: It's broken, he doesn't care, so he is just gonna... y'know... sidle on out of there back to freedom.
Paperwork: The quill might be mightier than the sword, but the sword is far more fun and beats being trapped at a desk all day. He hates you, Alec, for making him a desk jockey.
Phone Calls: He really, really hates talking to people on the phone, all day, everyday, who want to buy things but aren't sure and want him to describe the products to him as if he knows what they are. No, he does not know the contouring ability of MaxCoEliteFireredX876 Highlighting polish with infrared flakes. It's for the face. It does a thing. Buy it and find out for yourself. And for the last time no he is not on a diet and he isn't going to drink your diet tea and tell you if the notes of cinnemon are too strong for a weak palate.
☣Following Orders To The Letter: If people weren't meant to improvise, robots would have their jobs. Doing exactly what's expected of not only him but twenty other people isn't who Tommy is. There's always a better way and damn it he's determined to find it.
☣His R.A.F Squadron: After putting your life in the hands of others, and having their lives in your own palms, serving with them on tours to Afghanistan and Paraguay... They're as good as blood.
☣Animals: Never, ever try to shoot an animal in front of him or use an animal to kill someone else. They are not collateral. Shoot the people, Tommy doesn't care about the other assholes in the gang. But the Staffordshire terrier is sacred.
☣Domestic Tasks or Spells: He does OCD clean or no clean at all.
☣Forgiving and Forgetting: "Life's too short to hold a grud-" No, Life is too short for assholes and letting people away with dickish behaviour.
☣Romance Novels: He would never personally buy one, and he wouldn't thank you for one either. But if there's one lying around... pry it from his cold dead fingers. He knows they're crap... that's part of their charm.
☣Stunts: Certain muggle actors were very heavy influencers of his childhood years, so now, naturally, he has to practice their stunts with a simple protego charm in place or just does whatever comes to mind in the heat of the moment even if it brings him to the brink of death. Again.

character history
Let us start with an ice breaker; Tommy's birth was an impossibility.

See, his mother had been sterilised after having Trevor since he was a hellish child and Leon was always away with the RAF. However, as became a common theme in Tommy's life, some freak force of nature got past said sterilisation and landed two perfectly normal parents with a magical baby on top of their already tiny satan.

Growing up seems a whirlwind when he tries to recall it; something to do with floating utensils flying around the rooms in an Arrows formation and thudding into the front door every time Trevor threw a fit, and him watching said utensils with glee while his mother screamed holy murder in the background. Why yes, she did go prematurely grey... how did you know?

Trevor never took an interest in anything outside of books eventually, so Leon began to take Tommy with him when going to the military bases up North of the border once he was old enough to form sentences and realise his mother's screaming at him wasn't out of joy but sheer frustration. Possibly why he grew up with a fascination in the sky, with heights, with fighter jets and walkie talkies. The first time an owl came near their house he caught the letter from its talons without even trying since he had already begun to join in the practice reps at Leuchars, and so finally he had an explanation for how glaring at the pots of paint made the paint cans explode whenever his mother tried to force him to paint over his flight plans he'd scrawled on his wall, and how his favourite RAF TRAINEE tshrit his dad got him shrunk on him whenever she tried to wrestle it over his head. The depute head of Hogwarts walking up the path towards him with a pointy hat was the reason he dropped the letter but hey... you win some, you lose some, eh?

From the get go, Thomas Gallagher found problems, the minute he was taken to the train station barrier and was then ditched by his parents when Trevor sulked off. He didn't like the way the conductor looked at him. He didn't like the older kids sneering down their noses at him for his clothes - his first fist fight happened on that platform. He won. Simply because he socked the bloke then jumped on the train immediately and forced his company on an unsuspecting priss with a stick rammed up his ass. Oh @009 ... how he still treasures that train ride. The annoyance that so evidently rolled off him was so endearing he couldn't have F-oxtrot O-scared if he tried. Which he didn't. He saw a keeper that day and like with everything else in his life, he didn't know when to give it up.

Being sorted into Gryffindor was one of the proudest moments of his life, made even better when he saw the ponce whose nose he'd broken glaring at him from Ravenclaw. Inhibited slightly when Alec got Slytherin, but there never was a guy better suited for those green robes. Still... it didn't miss him that something dark was brewing in the corridors that had nothing to do with Snape and his myriad of stinking cauldrons- it had a lot to do with Potter, possibly the army of Weasley's, and a few other crazies - and his 'blood status' was made pronounced to him from the starting line. He was inferior because his parents never had a wand. Damn right he spent most of his free time in detention; No one got to call his families any kind of racial slurs on his watch. Fight me was his catchphrase. Better than sue me - the Gallagher's money didn't really stretch to his own vault in Gringotts. So he made sure never to take anything lying down. If someone said something, he called them out. Even when the odds were 12 to 1. Alec had his back, that was all that mattered. He knew he was the right kind of mate he needed.

Hogsmeade was his salvation, and the only reason he started befriending his professors so he spent less time in detention and more time romancing witches in the quaint village while trying to force their friends on Alec. His "bad boy" edge got him the girls, but he couldn't keep them. He was "too much". Too loud. Too energetic. Too boisterous. Too aggressive. Too proud. When everyone else was focusing on their NEWTs to get to the Ministry or St. Mungo's, he was drafting his application for the RAF. After the war... no. No, he won't go there. You can't force him. He'd rather skin himself and hang himself out to dry than relive that. All he knew was that come graduation, he wanted even less to do with the wizarding world for a spell. The metallic tang of magic now left a sour tang in his mouth. And so, after soaring through his physicals and endurance tests, Tommy became an RAF trainee.

Instead of taking the spaced out regimental training, he used his dad's name to pull them all together and so he graduated ahead of his squadron in four years. The youngest pilot on base and the only one with zero mistakes on his record, he was drafted abroad. Naturally, he can't say where, but he met a witch in the most unlikely of places on an auror mission for the Ministry. And so the RAF took a backseat and he went off on a different path- the Auror department didn't quite know what hit them when he first joined. He likes to think that Alastor Moody - the real one, not the imposter - would be proud of him for how little shit he took and for how much blood, sweat and tears he threw into getting his badge of office. For the first time in his life, he was proud to walk through the Atrium of the Ministry. He wore the title of auror with pride. Then the RAF came knocking again, had a special op for him. And from there, came MI6, the Wizarding division.

It was a good thing his friendship with Alec was so solid, as when he first entered that fold he was positive he was in the wrong place until he saw the familiar head of curls coming at him with the scowl he loved so much. His brother in arms truly became such. They went through hell and back again, and somehow even after he was enlisted in the less savoury sub-departments and became a highly trained assassin, under the guise of a newly-appointed Flight Sergeant, Alec stuck there with him. He had to watch as his friend was stripped to the bone of who he was and was rebuilt as a killing machine. In many respects, Tommy wasn't much better. He can't and won't say what he has had to do since he was annointed the best pilot out of the air bases in Scotland (even if he keeps failing the promotion to the next level of Flight sergeant- he doesn't fancy flying on a plane just to kill a person when it comes with jetlag, knee cramp, and he doesn't even get to do the flying) just that even now he doesn't fully sleep at night.

So, he juggled. The RAF had him for three months of a year, spaced out over time in a smattering of weeks. MI6 had him on call 24/7. Then the Auror's had him the rest of the time; And finally, as if sent from above, the gods sent a confused and tired blonde with a lightened purse his way to shake up his life in a different way. Kinsley was the best case he was ever involved in, and he'll still hold to that. Looking adorable and ruffled in her Mungo's scrubs, Larry trying to intimidate her from across the table as he took her statement. Tommy took great delight in throwing his cloak over her shaking shoulders and perching on the table with his back to his partner to mutter filthy or ridiculous statements to her as she recounted her ordeal so she smiled, and so the shaking stopped. Sue him if he made sure he had an avenue to see her again. No other woman had ever made him feel like a banking plane or as if he had flown into the worst turbulance this side of London. Damn right he was smitten- Alec never heard the end of it.

Things moved well afterwards. His three different lives melded on the backburner, and though lying to his wife has always felt like he was being stabbed - and he knows how that feels, he's been behind that knife and also on the receiving end (thanks Alec, buddy ol' pal) - it was necessary. He was made 003 after Operation Tulip which took him away "on a RAF expedition to Peru" for four months, then Alec was made his chaperone for the rest of time since the fallout had him all kinds of messed up. He strayed from course, he improvised, and so the mission succeeded when it was doomed to fail from the offset. He has no regrets and also all of them. He still doesn't know what Kinsley thought happened. Marriage... well, he had always known he was gonna marry her. He'd named their kids after the first date. But actually marrying her... especially with Durant on a hell spree and things winding up like the strings on a guitar to the point of shrill ringing... had been a leap of faith. His second one with her, since his first was falling through a skylight on an MI6 opp when she crossed a road with an admittedly striking brunette, and glanced up at the stoe masonry he was balancing on. Oh boy, he nearly died. But he's never felt so alive. Alec does't know what he's missing by playing it so safe. Ha. Safe. If you can say that when the man lives by a myriad of guns packing different stocks of punches.

Then hell broke loose when Wentzell took over in the Ministry, and his honeymoon was cancelled by the unfortunate arrival of his death. Not by the Death Eater trying to kill him, but the hands of his best mate. "Executed in action". Thomas Alan Gallagher died in the Atrium and was never seen again.

He fled to France for a spell, then Alec finally relocated him home to live in his flat. He was off the rails, drinking and trying to get back to his wife, damn it, they'd only said their vows a few days or so before. The RAF held a ceremony in his name, Kinsley was given his uniform and medals. One line of his life was killed. The Ministry marked his death with the rest of his actual fallen comrades. A second line gone. MI6 was content for the world to believe him dead and kept Alec on his case, only using him for special ops and only under the alias of Jack Daniels. Then he was returned to Alec's flat. Where he was and still is watched, all day, all night.

Clark Wayne was born in 2016. Clark Wayne is how he is expected to think and act. Clark Wayne sells beauty  products and WitchWatchers meal plans and exercise regimes. He is an owner of said company.

Clark Wayne has no wife, no kids, no future outside of the company.
Tommy has never liked Clark Wayne. He'd happily stab him for a bowl of cheerios, or transfigure him into a sock and gift him to a house elf.
Clark Wayne is happy.
Tommy is still trying to tell Kinsley he isn't dead even though she's safer not knowing. Tommy has murdered many people trying to date her.
Clark Wayne has a clean bill of health.
Tommy has records of each bone in his body being broken, in order, courtesy of his best mate. He is currently sporting a broken eye socket and a shattered arm.

2016-2018 has been a hellish tornado of turds.

family history
(Borrowed from Iane)
Lorcan Gallagher came from money and it showed. The fact that he'd dedicated himself purely to academic life was no coincidence. His parents, both halfbloods from influential muggle backgrounds, kept a very heavy handed presence in muggle society - since for all their money, their blood would always mark them as outsiders in the wizarding high society.
His grandads brother, a squib called Emmet, lived life mostly in the muggle world, which in turn saw him take a muggle wife. Choosing to keep their kids apart from the world they weren't welcome in or a part of, all talk or paraphernalia of magical use or origin went missing for good. Generations have since passed without so much as a hitch in the Gallagher line until Thomas, who is the sole reprisal of his branch of Gallagher's and aa such doesn't know his heritage. In all fairness, he's never had the time until now.

Leon's rank, squadron and service number are kept sealed since he has left the airforce in recent years following the "death" of his son, following the retirement plan set ny his father  as such, his mother before him. Maisie teaches a spiritual and sensual awakening class with light yoga thrown in and spends as much time in her job as she can before either of her sons send her senile or entirely over the edge. Leon still doesn't know what the walking dog pose is and honestly he's afraid to ask. Just as afraid as he was to ask Tommy how he got kicked from the Gryffindor quidditch team after three months as a beater. No one knows what happened except Trevor, and ge turns a peculiar colour and emits a whistling sound whenever he tries to answer.

Pending!

Hi, Avon is a real company and for the most part, I like to avoid those, so he can’t sell Avon even if it’s just a front.

So for the Spying skill! Seeing a sniper from a highrise from twenty blocks away — I need clarification to know if this is possible, because twenty blocks is a mile away. Is he on the ground, or in a building himself? Is this with the naked eye or with a scope? That is just a VERY long distance.

Please remove reference to Danny Devito! As a general rule, I like to avoid potential face claims being used or things get a little wonky! Same with Jackie Chan and Tom Cruise — you’re using his face so it’s just awkward to me!

So underage magic is not something that is controllable! It just happens mostly in fear or with high emotions! So he couldn’t just make himself levitate over Trevor’s bed just to scare him! So that needs removed!

It looks like you changed his alias in the name section but not in his history! It still says Jack Daniels!

That is it!

So for the spying skill, I found an article itsa here that puts the human eye sight capacity at 1.6 miles!

As for the Jack Daniels thing, that's what he's referred to under secret ops? Clark Wayne is his "real name" since he has an entirely new identity! Really sorry if that's been lost in how i've worded things <3

All else is fixed and standing to attention, ma'am! <3
