Fenix is a man of average height, he has bright expressive green eyes that sit under heavy dark eyebrows. His nose has been broken a few times and paired with his wild hair, tattoos, piercings, and earrings only add to his wild child image. Despite all of this there is a gentle and sweet nature about him that proves to people the inner sweet man that lurkes just within.

Fenix Octurius was born Spencer James Declan on a cool April morning. Coming into the world with a rather wicked scream. Born to Charles Jacob Declan and Marianne Marie Declan nee Smith. The young man showed musial talent from the very get go. At age two he was beginning to sing, often to himself and by age five he was writing (well, attempting) two write his own songs.
His parents sighed and groaned as the young man would run amuck making friends and listening to loud and odd music all hours for the day. In an attemt to give the young man some culture at age seven Fenix began to take piano lessons. It of course only encouraged him to love music eveb more. As he continued to take lessons at a muggle school he joined the band, and the choir making friends.
It was all short lived however as he got hi letter shortly before his eleventh birthday. It didn't change much for Fenix, as that is what he had begun to call himself, as it only changed the venue of where he was. Sorted into Gryffindor the man-child made friends easily and soon began to have quite the following. When he graduated he began to persue his dream, though it wasn't getting him very far.
It was while he was doing this that he saw her, a woman that he was more beautiful than he had ever seen. She was always looking so sad and fenix could not stand to see her as such so one night he bought her a drink and they talked and he learned more and more about her, attempting to gain her trust but when it seemed like this would not work, he made himself a vow that she would be his at least once and began a plan. One night when she came to the bar he bought her a special cocktail laced with a love potion and finally got his wish. He woke with a smile on his face in the wee hours and left her in the hotel room, never once looking back.
He played in seedy clubs and bars, slowly gaining more of a following as time passed. Band members came and went just like the girls and in 2000 he met a wonderful brunette named Zara. The two were a perfect match to him and as he got his first break she was ethere every step of the way. As Fenix began to play larger venues and putting out albums that were not paid to be recorded. For three years the couple lived in damned near perfect bliss. Fenix making music and riding the hig of the crowd and Zara in training to be an Auror. It was all for naught. Though, as Fenix brought up the conversation of things getting more serious, that was when things took a nosedive. Well this, paired with his drinking. It was too dangerous, she had said, the life that she would be required to live. Marriage and children were not to be and she left.
Fenix despite the fame and glory that he was amassing he did not have the one thing that he wanted the most. So Fenix did as Fenix tends to do and threw himself into his work. Time passed and Fenix moved on, or thought he did. Four years or o after the break up he ran into Persephone, and things reignited. She had just broken up with someone who had wanted the same things that he had, so Fenix let himself thing that he changed his mind, so that he would have her. Soon she would be leaving for Russia, for training and such but she would come back to him. And so, he waited. Months passed, and then a year and it became clear that she was not coming back.
Finding relief in the arms of women and all the bottom of a whiskey bottle Fenix found his way into the fame that he had always wanted. The only problem was he was alone that was when he met Calliope. He didnt love her, he never could. Blonde hair, doe eyes and big boobs she was the ultimate groupie, so they got engaged; and hey stayed that way for six months. Until tragedy struck Calliope died when Fenix was on tour, a bad case of Alcohol Poisioning and Fenix almost lost his life as well.
That was his wake up call. He was loosing fans, he was loosing his mind and not to mention his health. So Fenix began the path to sobriety. His music got better, as did his life. Gone were the nights that he couldn't remember and women in his bed that he had no idea how they got there. Fenix, the man the legend was born like a true Pheonix he rose from the ashes of his pain and his life. Becoming a face of sobriety he fought everyday to be the man that he should be, but he remained single.
His sobriety battle was lost when he saw his ex, Zara, and she was pregnant. It was news to him, because the last he had heard from her they were going to be together when she came back. He had not reacted well, and turned to drinking again. After a run in with her father that threatened his life Fenix took a contract with a new music company and went to tour in America. Now that he is done with that and can work on new music for a while he has returned.

family history
Charles James Delcan and Marianne Declan nee Smih were a sort of arranged marriage. Charles' father and Marianne's were friends, and both of them business owners. They put the two together as aother way to merge their companies. Both of their fathers were magical, and had attended school together. When they were each eighteen the wedding was planned and within a year they were married. It was not easy for the young couple. They were expected to run a busness, and start a family straight away, it just wasn't going to happen. So the two grew the business for the five years, neither of them in love with the other but each of them content.
Deciding to start a family the two made the effort and soon enough their first child was born and named Spencer James Declan. They raised him patiently waiting for the day that he would be the boy that they wanted . However this never came so and they thrust him from their home. They had a new son who was everything they wanted, a right stick in the mud in Fenix's opinion, and four years after Lester, Constance was born.
Deciding to start a family the two made the effort and soon enough their first child was born and named Spencer James Declan.
