Séra stands at 5'9" and isn't afraid to wear a pair of pumps to supplement her height even further. Her hair has long faded from the bright blonde it was in her youth and has been replaced by a shoulder-length, white bob, that is carefully kept. Séra's expression is most often puckered with annoyance, though her face surprisingly doesn't show signs of wrinkling. At least, not yet. She wears stylish clothing that doesn't hinder her when she has to move quickly or with purpose. Well-trained in life-saving techniques, Séra is muscular, though not overly so. She keeps her body in good shape and often goes for runs in the early morning.

🌐 ANALYTICAL THINKER: Séra got to her position through the clever use of thinking around most people. Once intended to be a politician - perhaps even the leader of Magical Monaco, Séra set her sights on something larger than that during college in Switzerland: the ICW. She tends to think of things as a whole first, but will solve problems by breaking them down into sections to make assessing them more manageable. She tends to take a methodical, step-by-step approach and isn't afraid to delegate to those who know their subject matter better than she does. During her time as Supreme Mugwump, she has expanded departments by 10%.
🌐 LAW: Following the completion of her four-year Political Science degree, Séra received her law degree from the International University of Wizards (Internationale Universität der Zauberer) in Zurich, Switzerland. She is well-versed in International Law, as that was her chosen speciality. Shortly after graduating, she was hired into the ICW's Public Policy & Government Relations Department, where she further honed her skills and studied the ebb and flow of International Politics under the Direction of the Head of the Department, Maxim Vyacheslavovich.
🌐 POLITICS: What makes a good politician? Ask Séra and she'll tell you its nothing more than finding good ground to stand on and outsmarting your opponents. She believes in policies first. Firm policies and conviction. Following that, it's more about not making an ass of yourself in front of the public. Keeping your chin up and being well-spoken help enormously. Séra was once in the running for Magical Supreme of Monaco, however withdrew her running to pursue a career within the ICW. And we see how that turned out.
🌐 PUBLIC SPEAKING: Séra can command a room. Which is interesting, given that she rarely ever raises her voice beyond a normal speaking tone. There's a warning in her eyes - those cold pools of ice - that gets people's attention. Though, no one has ever accused her of being cruel. At least, not to her face. The point is, when Séra talks, people listen. It's as simple as that.
🌐 CRISIS MANAGEMENT: Seventy-two years has brought a lot of knowledge for Séra. She has seen the rise and fall of magical governments. Coups and revolutions that have both gone incredibly well and fallen flat on their faces. Trained through the ICW's Crisis Management Program, she knows how to handle herself under political pressure and personal pressure. She rarely lets her emotions influence her decisions and chooses instead to rely on her keen senses to keep her cool under pressure.
🌐 REALISM: Rome wasn't built in a day and Séra is acutely aware that the world's problems cannot be solved in a day's time. She is committed to developing long-lasting treaties and international law that will assist in governing this world for years to come. She's all about sustainability and looking at the bigger picture. If something - or someone - does not align with that plan, she will zero in on them to get to the bottom of the issue. Hence her intervening with the UK's problematic state of affairs.

🌐 DEMANDING: Séra is at the top of the food chain and, while she's not opposed to doing the work herself, she will not let you off easy from the job you are expected to do. She often requests difficult reports or data from her Departments with quick turnarounds. Just as she is able to delegate and manage, she expects the same from her Department Heads. When things are late she can get a bit...agitated.
🌐 BRUTALLY HONEST: Honesty is a great quality for any political leader to have. Unfortunately, sometimes Séra takes it a bit too far. She has chased off more than a few employees who believed that her critiques were too personal and a direct attack. Still, she believes honesty is better than dishonesty. She will never hide behind bad news just because it is something that may be uncomfortable to hear. Take from that what you will.
🌐 INVOLVED: Though this may seem like a positive quality, some of the ICW think that Séra stretches herself too thin. She likes to be involved in Department meetings and stay up to date with what is going on within the Confederation. If she is not feeling up to going to a meeting, or if two are scheduled at the same time, she may send her assistant Sonia as her proxy. But rest assured, she will read the committee meetings within 1-3 business days.
🌐 WORKAHOLIC: Séra has very much neglected her personal life over the years in lieu of exploring a political and international career with the ICW. She has a hard time taking herself out of work-mode and often brings her work home with her. Because of this, her personal relationships have suffered. She is cordial with her family, but knows very little about them. She doesn't ever have significant others because she is afraid they will cloud her judgement.
