Karel had been spending a fair amount of time in London and at the Ministry as of late, learning and observing. Today though he was in London for a different reason, he just wanted to be out and about. He had plans to go to a pet shop soon and pick up a new dog, his mother had already agreed but his dad had been a little unsure, but as usual, Karel cared very little about his father's opinion on things.
The wizard was strolling down the street when he saw who he thought to be one of his former housemates and he picked up his pace slightly to catch up to her. He didn't really talk to Remy that much or Rhea, but he was making the effort when it came to Oralie, they were her friends after all. Admittedly, Karel was far more content not even acknowledging Rhea's existence, he had a few opinions on the Slytherin but Remington though, he genuinely liked the dark-haired witch, she was much like he and Oralie in the sense of she didn't tolerate high school drama that much when she'd been at Hogwarts.
Catching up to her, the wizard slowed his pace slightly as he wandered alongside her, "You look... busy." He said as way of greeting as he glanced at the witch. "How is your job going?" He knew of Remington taking a job at HOME Magazine, but not much past that. Normally he'd not bother with small talk, but he found himself doing more and more that he wouldn't usually do, but purely for Oralie or if he believed the person to be worth his time, just like Remy. Besides, he doubted their small talk would remain that way for long. The former Slytherin was usually quite good for conversation.
