Character History:

Kiki, like most young girls, dreamed of being a ballerina. She was enrolled in ballet at age four, and later joined into hip hop when she was six because she classified it as more "her style." This is where she became more expressive and creative. She was often found singing along to the lyrics to help her keep beat. It also helped her become more confident as she struggled in school due to being dyslexic.

When her Hogwarts letter arrived, she was not surprised. Her father suspected that she would be the magical one out of the lot as she showed signs at a young age of magic by making things change color when she touched things. She was excited and had always hoped she would be magic like her father.

Her dyslexic and magical ability had pushed a lot of people away from being her friend at a younger age, but at Hogwarts she thrived and was able to make friends. She works hard despite her reading disability. Kiki does struggle with people finding her personality to be "too much" as she can be way over excited and therefore, draining. Yet, some people find her personality to be energizing and that inspires her.

Plots and Politics

Where does your character stand in the treatment of death eaters and their families? Kiki understands how horrible the Death Eaters were and thinks they do not deserve to just be let off the hook, but the treatment of them in her opinion is just inhumane. The way they are being treated is no better than what they did under Voldemort's reign. She also thinks it is simply unjust that the families of Death Eaters should be punished as well when not all of them did anything.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? Michael and Kelsey refused to have any children while Voldemort reigned. They knew this may mean they would never have children depending on how long he ruled, but they could not bare the thought of bringing a child into the world and losing it... or worse, the child having to grow up alone. Kiki was born shortly a year after the death of Voldemort as when his death ended, Michael and Kelsey felt ready to bring a child into the world.

Family History:

Michael attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Hufflepuff. His time at Hogwarts was a happy time as he attended when Lord Voldemort went into hiding due to not being able to kill Harry Potter. He was grateful, as he was born to muggles in London, to not live in fear of the Dark Lord. He enjoyed his time at Hogwarts and spent most of his time working hard as the subjects did not come so easily to him, with the exception of charms.

Kelsey grew up in the muggle community of London and spent most of her time working hard to become an art therapist. While studying at Goldsmiths University of London, she worked in a bakery to pay her bills and tuition.

Michael met Kelsey one day at the bakery after his graduation. He was visiting his muggle parents, and they were raving about this bakery. When he saw Kelsey, he was blown away and found excuses to come back to see her. The two began a relationship together.

After her graduation and acceptance of a position as an art therapist, Michael asked Kelsey to marry him despite the risk of marrying a muggle. Kelsey said yes, but the two agreed to not have children while Voldemort reigned. Luckily, he only did so in the early phase of their marriage, so they were able to start the family they always dreamed of.

Michael works as a wand maker's assistant and Kelsey is still an art therapist.
