General Appearance: She long brown hair, what is most of time straight but can be curly too when she wants. She has pretty blue eyes. She isn't really the thinnest girl and also she isn't fat for sure. She is somewhere middle these both. Her height is quite average one too.

She wears everything what is in fashion. One day you can wear her dress but other day jeans and shirt.

Character History:

Melanie was born as first and only child to Maria and Carlos Cloud. They had married just 7 months before Mel was born. Her mother is busy with her own cake shop business and her father is busy as his work as lawyer. They barely did spend any time with their daughter. She was mostly raised by nannies, who she often scared away because she did use magic without of her knowing at first. Just strange things happened around her. She didn’t understand them until she was 7 years old girl. Then her parents told that she is actually witch, they never told why they didn’t tell it to Mel earlier.
Ever since then she uses magic just for fun and to scare people away from her when she doesn’t want anyone around her. She has liked to spend time ever since she was kid alone. She did always draw or read. Later one she even learned her own to play guitar and began to write songs too. She haven’t showed to anyone any songs, she keeps that all to herself. She doesn’t trust all people around her so much.
She had to attend even to muggle school, her parents orders. She did attend there until she was 11 and did get letter from Hogwarts. So that’s when she began to attend to Hogwarts. She still haven’t found around school much friends, she usually stays by herself and chats with people only when she needs something or they began to talk with her. Her grades are quite good, since she likes to study and she does everything away on time.

Plots and Politics
Where does your character stand in the treatment of death eaters and their families? Cloud’s family wasn’t sure on which side to really choose. So they decided to stay neutral. To stay out of this all and live their life quietly. In past there have been in Order but not Mel’s parents. Grandparents were part of order but they had died before Mel was born.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? Melanie wasn’t effect about it much since she wasn’t even born when the battle happened. Her parents weren’t really much effect about it either. Just that her father lost his father in that battle back then.

Family History:

Cloud’s family has never really been that kind of known magical family. This family has never really been big one. Just few kids and etc. As far everyone can remember they have been halfblood family. There might be pureblood ancestors but they can’t remember their names anymore. They keep marrying with muggleborns or halfbloods.
Carlos Cloud was born in wizarding London. His mother was housewife and father did work in ministry. He had younger brother Jason Cloud, with who he didn’t really get along well and they still don’t. Awhile battle where Voldermort died he lost his father in there, himself did stay out of it for sure. Her mother died few years later because of cancer what she had and it was discovered too late. His brother is since then missing, Carlos is sure he is still alive somewhere out there.
Maria Cloud (nee Kingsley) was born in muggle London. Her parents died when she was already young kid and she was raised by her step-parents who decided to leave her real family name since that was what Maria so badly wished for. So there isn’t that much know about her family history. Only that they were halfbloods too.
Maria and Carlos met on night in one club. They did spend night together. A month later Maria did realize that she was waiting Melanie. She told about it to Carlos too, he should know it probably was her thought back then. A month later they did get married. 7 months later they had Mel. They both had already jobs what they still have.

Roleplay Sample

Melanie walked to the Diagon Alley first time when she had been 11 years just for week. She had made her mother come with her even if she was hurry back to work. She wished sometimes that her parents could spend more time with her but that wish never came true.
“Let’s hurry up. What were things you need?” her mother asked and check her watch.
“I need wand, books, clothes, a cat and some more stuff,” Melanie then said already like third time it. She was pretty much annoyed already.
Girl walked into small shop where they did sell books. She began to look at them and tried to figure out what books exactly she needs. From her mother wasn’t much help. She was more likely talking with her phone or saying to girl to hurry up. Mel just looked what books girls and boys around her age buy. At the end one older girl came to her and helped her out when she saw Melanie being lost in shop. “Thanks,” she said quietly to her with small smile on her face. When she seemed to have all necessary books she did bought them.
She did visit all others needed shops too. Like clothes, wand, animal, broom shop and some more. After she was done something she did went to work and her mother back to her cake shop to do work. Mel at home began to play with her kitten named Jasmine.
