Appearance and Personality
General Appearance: Roman walks with purpose, and a general look of indifference upon his face. His steps are long and calculated, his eyes always looking straight ahead never falling on any one specific thing. He has messy blond hair, blue eyes, 5'11 with the beginnings of a very muscular physique.
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Skills: He is an avid quidditch player holding the position of beater. He is also exceptionally talented in transfiguration though no one outside of the professor teaching it knows.
Weaknesses: Crying, while he comes off as an angry unfeeling bloke he cannot handle seeing a female cry. He tends to turn quite soft. His own anger and hatred that seems to get in the way of everything he tries to make better in his life.
Positive Personality Traits: Intelligent, strong, compassionate when needed, street smart (seeing as that is where he basically lives now)
Negative Personality Traits: Aggressive, belligerent, short tempered, unwilling to accept help, unable to fully care about anyone including himself.
Hobbies and Interests: Quidditch, transfiguration, teaching himself new ways to duel.
Character History:

Roman was born in May of 1998, only 13 days after the fall of the Dark Lord. His parents Riko Rudolphi and Renata Rudolphi (nee Johnson) were followers of Lord Voldemort, and active Death Eaters. His mother had always had a mental illness of some kind, whether it be nature or nurture no one is completely sure. She was strange at best though constantly paranoid over everything and anything going on around them. Roman’s father always did his best to keep Renata in decent health. Riko was ready to leave his Death Eater days behind, though his wife was not of the same mindset. Roman was unaware of that situation going on until much later.

Roman was relatively normal his first few years in Hogwarts, finding it easy to befriend others and keep good relationships. He was still a little rough around the edges, but was far more understand and empathetic. He enjoyed playing quidditch at every opportunity and excelled to becoming one of the best players of his year. In his fourth year at Hogwarts his mother finally snapped leaving Riko and Roman behind to join an activist group started by Miles Brant. Riko was suspicious of what the group really stood for but felt it was more important to keep his son safe and away from what they had done in their past.

The following year things started to head downhill for Roman and his father. He noticed his father was starting to disconnect missing his wife and worried for her safety. The summer before Roman’s sixth year his father went looking for his mother only to disappear for a couple of weeks leading Roman to fear that his father had been killed, what he discovered had been worse. He went looking for his father to find him in an abandoned building in Knockturn Alley with the extremist group his mother had left them for. He begged his father to come back home, that he had a terrible feeling about the leader and the group in general. The once loving, and protective father he had known was gone. Roman’s refusal to participate ended with him being disowned from his family and left on his own.

He spent that summer in his empty home though vacated it before the landlord came to discover him alone and ready to collect rent. He was not about to be put in an orphanage because of his parents. He never lived in a great neighborhood or had very much money, but he had never had to live out on the street. While he was 16 years old he was still skittish to an extent. He began to work on his physique during this time to be able to protect himself when magic couldn’t.

Thankfully school started not long after that, though no one knows his parents have abandoned him. He has changed drastically since the end of his fifth year. By the end of his fifth year he had begun to withdraw from everyone around him, but by the beginning of his sixth year he had become hateful and angry towards anyone who had family involved with Death Eaters or as a pureblood feeling that purebloods were ‘enablers’. He has no real friends to speak of now. He prefers to be left alone and tends to be a ticking time bomb that can cause absolute chaos in the blink of an eye. It is not uncommon for him to get in random fights, taking out his aggression on those simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Plots and Politics
Where does your character stand in the treatment of death eaters and their families? Roman is adamantly against the equality movement. While his family consists of a great deal of Death Eaters he feels they deserve whatever is dished out legally or otherwise for adandoning him over this big faction.

How was your character and their family affected by the reign and death of Voldemort? Roman was not born until after the fall of Voldemort though he felt quite a bit of the aftershocks because of his family's involvement with Death Eaters. For Roman the death of the Dark Lord left nothing for him to rejoice over since his family never let go of those roots leaving him to take care of himself.

Family History:
Riko was born to a working class family in a suburb of London. He was an only child seeing as his mother had died during child birth. His father was very callous to him, blaming him for the death of his mother and frequently reminding him of that. When Riko was 8 his grandmother stepped in and took custody of him. His father didn’t bother to fight to get him back and just wandered off. He had a wonderful childhood with his grandmother. She gave him more love and affection than he had ever had in his entire life. He excelled in his schooling, and was very popular with the opposite sex.

One girl in general had caught his eye though she was a year his senior. She was a bad girl from the wrong side of the tracks, known for her less than lady like behavior. His friends warned him not to get involved though he was a young boy and was all but unable to think logically. They were an item for awhile though towards the end of their schooling she began getting slowly involved with the dark arts and anything surrounding the Dark Lord. His grandmother lovingly told him he deserved better and that she would prefer he found someone deserving of everything he had to give.

Riko broke things off and went about his normal life. Riko’s grandmother died a month after he graduated which devastated him. The only person that came to his aid was that bad girl, Renata Johnson, to comfort and give him a home. His home and new family were those associated with Lord Voldemort’s plans. He and Renata married only a few months after he graduated still doing the dark lord’s bidding until Renata became pregnant, and Riko forced her to stay away from the insanity of the battle. His son was born only days after the fall of the Dark Lord only to be followed by an internal battle of his own.
