For those interested in flamenco dancing, and other forms of dance, a good place to check out would be Music of Andalusia, which is a studio that teaches all manner of dance known to Andalusia. It's a fun place even for visitors that only have time for one class, and then they obviously do have sessions for those that want to learn even more. The studio is rather small, and the sessions only have about 15-20 people in it; and of course, private sessions can be scheduled as well.
