In the very center of a quiet residential neighbourhood, the owners of a handsome four storey townhouse put the building out for rent. The main floor contains a large kitchen complete with storage room and breakfast bar, a bathroom by the entrance hall, a sitting room at the front of the house connected to the dining room at the back of it. There is, unfortunately, no garden. Leading upstairs in an elegant spiral staircase.
The first floor contains two generously sized bedroom with large closets and a shared bathroom. There is also a supply closet and a small sitting area in the hall. The bedroom overlooking the street out front has a comfortably sized balcony The second floor is an exact replica of the first, except without the balcony and- on the ceiling of the seating area there is a hatch leading to an attic. It is far too small to actually stand in and therefore only used for storage and hiding. The fourth storey is actually the basement, which the siblings use to brew potions, duel, and conduct rituals in. All the better to keep the dangerous stuff out of the inhabited areas.
