Goossens Guinnesses is a small pub just off the water that attracts the rather seedy personnel that come into port on ships that carry, less than legal cargo. The port of Helier is one of the easiest ways to get illegal goods onto the mainland of Europe, and those that deal in that area have to have somewhere to meet after all.
