Name of Owner: Dion Weaver
Name of Shop: The Bacchae
Kind of Shop:* sorta like... muggle fighting ring slash gambling den slash club, he's got plans
Location: Muggle London - Islington Borough
Description of Shop:
In the messy, busy streets of Islington, there's a large building in the middle of a block, surrounding by street-facing shops. With an entrance on every side, single doors squeezed between the colourful windows, one has to walk through narrow, concrete hallways to get to the main building. It's built much like a bull's eye. The three rings are connected by a single door and each is heavily guarded.
The first ring is filled by betting tables during the day, full of bookies ready to take money and numbers on muggle sports (and for those magical folk at a magical bookie, magic sports are also available). The customers may also have a drink and just listen to the havoc around them. Large boards are hung high up on the walls, naming the games, the players, and the stakes. This includes muggle sports, the fights on special nights, and hidden by anti-muggle charms, magical games. In the night, the outer ring is turned into a muggle club.
The second ring is accessed to only on special nights. Fight nights. There, the spectators sit, either on normal seats or one of the few booths and balconies -for special guests- and have drinks from the second ring's bar. They watch the fights on the inner ring, which is a raised podium. It is a cage in which two fighters or any gender fight to knock out, for fair payment win or loose. Obviously, more known and experienced fighters make more money. Most of the fighters are freelance, they get paid to fight and an extra prize if they win. Some, very few, are hired by the owner of the club himself. They're only the best fighters in the Bacchae.
Under the ring are the heavily guarded private rooms, accessible by a single door. There's the owner's office, four changing rooms, the vault which is filled every day and emptied upon the owner's departure, and a meeting room. The roof can also be used as a terrace, but it's hard to access, only by the fire escape, and barren.
Are there any other shop positions for hire? Yep
If so, what and how many?

fighters are not named as employees, they're -technically- freelance
