Family Name: Burke
Name of Home: Ffynone
Family Members Residing in Home: @melanie , @rembrandt and Bethany Otten
Community: Pembrokeshire, Wales
Description of the Home: Ffynone is a magnificent Grade I listed mansion designed by the renowned architect John Nash. Most famous for the eponymous terraces that surround London's Regents Park. Nash also spent a number of years working in Wales where Ffynone is widely considered to be his finest private work across the borde, which he completed in 1799. He was commissioned by Colonel John Colby, and designed the house on a classical Georgian model. The Colby family subsequently employed the architect and garden designer Inigo Thomas at the beginning of the 20th century.

Thomas adopted an Italian classical design when building the two wings. He decorated both the rooms in Italianate baroque style and embellished the exterior with rusticated quoins and heavy keystones above each window. Outside, Thomas exerted his impressive talent with an elaborate belvedere long stone terrace with grottos and water features. 60,000 trees were brought in from a nursery in Norwich some of which survive to this day. Ffynone boasts 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 6 grand reception rooms.

The North Flat comprises of a fitted kitchen, sitting room and utility room on the ground floor. The front entrance is accessed through the courtyard however the is also a door that connects the utility room to the kitchen in the main house. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a separate bathroom.

The South Flat has its own access through the courtyard. The flat comprises of three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a separate loo. There is a fully fitted kitchen, sitting room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate water closet.

The Stable flat is made up of four bedrooms, large living room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate water closet. The flat is accessed through the courtyard.

OUTBUILDINGS
In the courtyard there are an abundance of workshops, machinery stores and store rooms, as well as 15 original stables which subject to planning permission show great potential for a variety of uses. There are also two impressive greenhouses on the property. One attached to the main kitchen, and one that sits separately on the grounds.

Family Name: Slughorn
Name of Home: Slughorn Estate
Family Members Residing in Home: Alaric Slughorn, Moira Slughorn, Tobias Slughorn, Corwin Slughorn, Oralie Slughorn
Community: English countryside, outside Liverpool
Description of the Home:

A large country home, situated in the middle of their 500 acres of land, built in Baroque style almost three hundred years ago. A family dispute ended up in the previous home burning down and the family rebuilt their home in a somewhat more opulent fashion. Before that they'd had much more land, but they sold most of it to afford the refurbishing. The grounds that were kept hold the family mausoleum, a stable full of pegasi, various lakes, a small forest, greenhouses, and several areas reserved for flowerbeds and fountains.
The ground floor hosts the entrance hall, a large ballroom, a dining room, a garden room, a drawing room, a vast gallery hosting Halbert Slughorn's watercolour painting of dragons, a music room, a tapestry room, a billiard room, two offices, a smoking room, a studio, 8 guest rooms, the kitchens, a large public library, a smaller private family library, two bathrooms, and the servants' quarters.
If one goes up the large flights of stairs, one will find eight more rooms, only four of which are currently in use. Each have an attached bathroom and small wardrobe. There is a larger office, a sitting room, and a sun room.
In the basement one can find a small vault, a potions lab and a storage room.

Family Name: Pucey
Name of Home: Pucey Manor
Family Members Residing in Home: Adrian, Vincent and Jeanette
Community: Birmingham
Description of the Home:
Just on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by a horizon of green pastures, is a tall house of cream coloured stone. The lonely house is surrounded by well tended gardens and a small wall separating them from the often misty fields. One enters the house through the foyer, which is followed by a gallery from which one can either go upstairs or enter one of the two parlors, the library, or the dining room. From the dining room one can enter the kitchen, which is united with the library by a small passage containing a toilet and a utility closet, as well as the stairs to the basement.
The basement has two more toilets, a lounge and a billiard room, a grotto and a drinking room, a potions lab and the wine cellar. The cabana, no longer in use, has been turned into a small service room, for the house elves. If one goes up two flights of stairs, one finds the second floor. From the centre hall, one can go into the master bedroom which has an adjoined room for service and a large en suite bathroom, or into the main bathroom. There's a small room mouthing into the hall which is used as a guest room, and two medium sized rooms which are united via a small kitchen. From the hallway of the master bedroom, one can go to the office, which can also be reached by a private flight of stairs mouthing out into the service area of the first floor.
The only remaining area is the attic, which has one large area with two storage spaces. There's three rooms there, all kept for Adrian's private studies and relaxation areas, and one hidden room above the study. From there one can go up into a solitary room, usually kept for the most private of things and the most carefully guarded secrets, and above that yet is a tower, from where one can practice astronomy.
