Finn supposed since it was his second-to-last meal at this ridiculous school, that he should take advantage of it. After all, once he was back home it would be back to whatever he could afford in a week. These meals had been worth it, obviously, as they had been what had kept him here as long as he had stayed anyhow. He wouldn’t have even bothered if the food was shit, but it had always been decent enough to stick around. Anything warm three times a day was better than he could get anywhere else. But now those times were coming to a damn end. There was no point in him returning here. He didn’t give a damn about magic, or anyone at this school apart from one and that shit had to end as well. Besides, Mila wasn’t coming back either, further proving that it was a waste of time here.

Obviously, he didn’t bother listening to the headmistress as she spoke about whatever it was that she felt important enough to say. He just wanted the food to get there, so that everyone could eat and leave and he and Mila could move on to checking off the last item on their locations to shag in this school. Saving the best for last had been a pretty damn good idea, as at least they were going out with a bang. And if they got caught, that didn’t bloody matter. They had gotten caught a few times before and if they didn’t care about it then, obviously they weren’t going to give a shit when they were leaving this place for good anyhow. Finn filled his plate with food as it appeared, definitely deciding to take advantage of this shit for his last dinner here. Afterwards, they could shag one last time before calling it a day. Tomorrow, everything would go back to damn normal, and it was about damn time.

Trey was proud of the little show he had just put on for the whole hall to see. It was amusing to see the look on people’s faces as they realized what was going on. The ball hadn’t gone exactly as planned but damn near close enough. He had wanted to split up Roman and his slag, and he had succeeded. Although he had not planned on his cousin attacking him the way he did. He supposed he could have been wrong and that his idiot cousin actually did care about the slag though it didn’t matter to him really. She was shagging him after all and she was going to be very useful in the months to come. He couldn’t have planned it any better if he tried.

He would never understand what the point of a ‘real’ relationship was. It always seemed boring to have to shag only one slag for an extended period of time, not that he ever really tried it. Even with the Gryffindor slag giving him what he wanted he still had no plans on exclusively just shagging her. He chuckled at Corey’s comment on scoring. He would have never guessed that Hurst of all people would actually stick to one bint. No, he was sure it wouldn’t last long. He would have to get bored eventually. ”No need to keep count; we all know I’ll be the one scoring the most this summer.” He said with an amused expression on his face. It wasn’t like he cared who overheard. If anything it would make his pretend girlfriend look worse for being okay with that.

Isabella laughed at Evan’s reply, noting that there were just some things that would always be up for debate, and then there were some things that they just let go, not needing to debate it. She doubted either of them even had the patience to see who would be more persuasive in the end, though she knew it definitely would be her. She could easily go back to convincing her mind that he was just Evan, her teammate…maybe, probably…most likely…no, maybe not. Either way, she’d still win, obviously. This summer was going to be long, but she was hopeful that staying busy would make it fly by. Most people enjoyed summer, wanting it to not go by as quickly, but Isabella simply wanted to speed past. Hopefully she’d be able to go to a lot of Quidditch games during the summer. She wondered if Evan stayed caught up on the sport as much as she had, wondering if she’d have to drag him to some of the games or not. Now that a few of the other teammates had made their way to talking with Evan, Isabella really saw no need to slowly eat. Seeing Trey and Corey for quidditch was more than enough time for her and she was anxious to get away from their repulsive behavior and talk.

She had been listening to Evan’s responses, keeping her face neutral, though she was glad to hear what he had been saying. He was definitely winning some brownie points, or whatever ridiculous saying that had been, always finding that she rather disagreed with it. Taking a long sip of her water, she washed down what she had been chewing, glancing about the room at some of the familiar faces, briefly seeing Cecilia and moving her glance. Things certainly had turned complicated real quickly as of late.

Being in this ridiculous hall with people still glancing her way from that little show only made Cecilia more anxious to get out of here… not that being home was going to be any better. It would actually be worse, inevitably, since it was really just going to combine the worst aspects of her life together into one shitshow. Her mother, her stepfather, her stepbrother, Trey, and now even her father seemed a risk that could be added to the mix. Normally, she did hate to be the type of person that was constantly in thought about poor circumstances, when she knew that she was better off than some people anyhow, but she really didn’t have anything positive to think about. As far as she was aware, there was nothing going on in her life that she could think about to distract herself from how absolutely awful her summer was going to be. She would just take it a day at a time, she supposed.

“About bloody time,” she agreed, moving the food on her plate around with her fork without any desire to eat any of it. Instead, she simply set down the utensil to take a sip of her drink. It felt like her appetite had been shit the past couple weeks, as she found she simply wasn’t hungry all that often. She had no bloody idea why that would be though. “Merlin, that would be a shit-show,” Cecilia replied, laughing under her breath. Since that would still put her around Trey and all of the gossiping bints in the school, she really didn’t find that option to be all that appealing either.

Corey shook his head in disappointed defeat. This bloke certainly needed a lot of work to get back on the right mindset, obviously. Perhaps Travers was just a really fucking great shag, so great that it convinced Hurst to stay with her, however ridiculous that bloody sounded. He couldn’t even imagine a shag being that great to change his damn mind, but maybe that was what this was. That was something that could clearly be corrected after a bit of time with bringing Hurst around favorable shags, then the problem wouldn’t exist. That better not fuck up Travers game, though, Corey thought to himself, glancing over at her briefly as he eyed her as if that would give him the damn answer or some shit. “Accepting defeat, you really have been hit one too many damn times with a bludger,” he stated, shaking his head. It was definitely something they would have to bloody correct, apparently. Corey laughed at Trey’s reply, quirking an eyebrow in disbelief. “We all know you can’t fucking count to begin with,” he joked with his friend, stuffing a bite of food into his mouth.

The summers were always different when they weren’t forced into the same dormitory with a bunch of horny teenage blokes. This summer was going to be even more different on top of that as now, Trey and him were finally at an age that they could actually do shit. They weren’t kids anymore, thankfully, and people finally saw a use for them, knowing that they would be able to infiltrate this school, tainting the minds of those about. The house of Slytherin would be the easiest for them, and he supposed that meant they would try to affect everyone. If Hurst wanted to stay with his bint, bloody fine…as long as they could convince Hurst of the proper way of shit so he could convince the pureblood where she belonged. It would be such a shame to see that bloodline die out for no reason when some in that family were rather quite powerful, so he had been told. Maybe they would have to make an appearance at that fucking bonfire they held every year where Travers would be forced to be nice to them or whatever, he mused, thinking of the possibilities.

Their last meal, she supposed, finding that the food was starting to taste rather bland. Even though the house elves, or whoever it was that gave them the food, did their work at giving them variety, there was only so much variety that Mila could really stand. Some things were simply better left as mundane and plain, especially food. It was something that it didn’t really matter what it tasted like, people becoming far too picky with what they preferred. People were just so needy, apparently, as to her, food was bloody food. Her eyes hardly wandered around the room, finding no need to as no one really interested her enough to even do that. Before Finn, she would let her eyes wander to see who she could find, but since Finn, she really saw no need in that in the slightest. That clearly was why this all needed to end tonight before the train ride because where they were both going, as soon as someone found out that they gave a shit about another person, they might as well dig their own damn graves. As soon as they stopped this shit, it would only be a matter of time before they stopped caring completely about each other, which was a bloody relief, even if they weren’t coming back here. She hated that she knew what he would be doing, most likely, and she didn’t like it in the slightest. Fighting was what her father had done, leading that circle that Finn was apparently in charge of now. Hopefully, going back to the circle was not what her father had in mind, though she really doubted it if her father had heard that someone was breaking his damn records. “Hope you don’t plan on staying long,” she said casually to Finn, knowing that she would need a bloody distraction from her thoughts soon apparently.

This summer was going to be the best summer that she and Sutton had ever, and there was a reason for that. The main reason was the fact that they were seventeen, and by all technicality, of age for whatever their hearts desired. The second reason was the fact that they could apparate, which came with them being of age so really, it fell under the first reason. And then lastly, it was because Tinsley was officially done trying to force a relationship with her family members outside of Sutton. There was a point in one’s life when they would come to realize who they could depend on and who they should waste their time with, and so far, Sutton was the only one that Tinsley knew she could count on and she would spend as much time with her as she wanted. Really, she could see no better way to spend her summer except on the beach.

The brunette rose an eyebrow as she looked over at her roommate, noting that she put down her utensil and opted to drink instead. “Wow, don’t look so excited for summer,” she stated, taking a bite of something else on her plate. “Just think, in a year’s time, you’ll be done with the bullshit,” she shrugged encouragingly, figuring that covered her bases for her doing her nice duty. “A shit show, sure, but a hell of a lot of amusement to those of us on the outside,” she laughed.

Trey would never understand the appeal of long-term bints. Honestly there was no use in them. The fact that they were even discussing this shit was slightly aggravating. If Hurst wanted to take himself out of the running that summer that was on him. Trey would always think he was being mental for giving up the game, but his slag wasn’t much to look at anyway, and it wasn’t like she really deserved any space in his thoughts so he didn’t bother on commenting or acknowledging the girl any further.

He arched an eyebrow at his friend as he spoke before chuckling briefly. ”Ah, but when you’re me that really isn’t necessary. I get what I want in the end regardless.” He said with a shrug, Of course he would be getting quite a few good shags in over the summer but he had bigger fish to fry. He never thought really hard about his future until that past year when he realized exactly what he wanted to be known for. He wanted to be known for being a key element in infiltrating the school and bringing it down. The last time it was attempted it failed miserably. Trey wouldn’t fail. He had nothing to lose really and he was just amused at the thought of wiping out those that didn’t deserve to be in this world. He picked up a roll of bread ripping off a small piece and popping it into his mouth looking around the hall with disinterest.

Evan could do without having to deal with Trey joining them, though he supposed he should have expected it when Corey sat down. He could get along with almost anyone really, and had never had that much of a problem with Trey in the past. After all, they shared a dormitory, which meant it was just a hell of a lot easier to like the bloke than it was to make an enemy or even just not like someone that he couldn’t avoid seeing. Hell, he could even say that they’d at least been acquaintances to an extent at some point even if he could vaguely tell that Trey only gave a damn about himself. That was fine, really, since Evan had only given a damn about himself for quite some time. But now that times had changed and shit, he was finding Trey less tolerable. There was the shit at the ball, and just his personality that seemed to rub Evan the wrong way now as it just seemed staged. Evan took a swig of his drink as opposed to replying to the bloke’s statement, though he filed it away. The bloke was either talking specifically about Cecilia when talking about scoring the most, or he was talking about any other bint and Evan wasn’t a bloody idiot and knew that it was most certainly the latter. The fact that he didn’t care to deny the fact that he was going to cheat on her was pretty damn telling, or some shit and it irritated him further. He wasn’t happy with Cecilia in the slightest, but it would take some restraint to not say something to the bloke about that comment, though he supposed that was what Cecilia got for cheating on Roman with a bloke like Trey to begin with. Surely, she knew what she was getting herself into.

In fact, this seemed like a good time to tune out of that conversation altogether, since Trey and Corey were distracted by arguing over who was scoring the most anyhow. Evan moved his gaze back over to @isabella who had gotten out of the conversation earlier than he had, but had probably still been paying attention to it. “I think that we should be taking advantage of the room of requirement one last time,” he muttered to her, after adjusting to be closer to her and leaning so that his mouth brushed her ear. “That is, unless you want to stick around and find out if Corey or Trey is getting more action this summer.” Evan added, jokingly, though keeping his tone just as quiet so that only she could hear him.

Cecilia really had no idea why she had absolutely no appetite, though she was sure that it would go back to normal when she got back home. She was probably just tired of the food here, or something, which was a reason that didn’t make that much since but could be it, she supposed. Or it was just stress, but that made no difference to her as she would just have to get past that shit eventually. This was going to be a hell of a long summer, after all. “Sorry, I think I’m just out of it from all of those ridiculous exams,” she stated, shaking her head. She apparently wasn’t doing all that great at acting normal, or happy, since she supposed she was ‘in a relationship’ and that should be something that made her an irritating person to be around because of all her happiness, or something. “Being done with the bullshit will be bloody excellent,” Cecilia agreed, before picking back up her fork and spearing a bit of her baked potato off and taking a small bite.

“Can’t deny that being true,” she said, smiling. Cecilia had little idea what @tinsley meant by ‘those on the outside,’ figuring she meant on the outside of all of the drama that would occur. Unfortunately, Cecilia doubted that she would be that lucky if that were to occur, and this mindless gossip about her would certainly continue throughout the summer. At least the timing in this situation meant that there would more than likely be something new to talk about by the time the next school year came along. Merlin, she was bloody ready to get out of here. And since she’d made her appearance, she really saw no reason to stick around further when she wasn’t hungry anyhow. “I’ll see you back up in the dormitory,” Cecilia said, putting her fork back down before getting to her feet and heading to the door.
