Falls of Falloch canyoning Axolline muggle date Part two Axton had enjoyed cliff diving just as much as he had expected he would. It had been brilliant jumping and free falling into the cool clear water. Skinny dipping might have been even more fun, but seeing Apolline in the bikini had not disappointed at all. When he had paid to secure the lagoon, he had known the payment would only keep away the tour guides and the like. So, eventually some tourists had shown up and that had meant it was time to leave. A wizard employed for the task had placed muggle repelling charms, temporary of course, around the falls, though--so there would be no pesky interruptions there.
Again at the top of the cliffs, back near where he and Apolline had arrived, he pulled his sister into an embrace. The last of the intruders had just jumped into the water. Now was the perfect time to apparate them away. "Time for part two of our date," He announced, and was his habit with joint apparition with the woman, he seared his lips to hers in a hard and insistent kiss. The affection was domineering and possessive as any he had given her.
The tightening in his stomach was from his desire for her as much as it was the tug of apparition. Ax continued to kiss her even after they were in Scotland. He loved being able to be affectionate with her in public. Even if no eyes were on them now, they had been. They had been seen--and not as Apolline and Axton Dumbledore, but as a couple insanely in love with one another. A few of the muggles had even complimented how wonderful the pair looked together and how in love they appeared. And they were. They were head over heels in love and they'd been able to show it every moment of this blessed day.
He drew a shaky breath when he finally broke his lips from her perfect mouth. Axton kept his head against Apolline's for a moment, eyes still shut, just enjoying being so close to her. Kissing her was as exhilarating as cliff diving had been-- likely more so... and undeniably far more addictive. "Welcome to the Falls of Falloch: our second destination." He told her, smiling down at the redhead, love shining in his eyes. When he released her from his arms, he started to rummage around in the bag. Eventually he managed to pull out a blanket, which he laid out over the stones. It had considerable cushioning charms on it--magic of his own crafting. Sitting on the blanket would be as comfortable as laying on the most luxurious of beds. He was a master of charms, after all.
He produced his wand and pointed it first at Apolline, a drying and cleaning charm left her free of all signs that they had been in the Blue Lagoon earlier. The same magic was performed on himself before he started rummaging in his bag again. It took him a moment to find it, but then a basket was produced from the bag. "I have packed your favorites for lunch," he explained, sitting the basket down on the blanket. He dropped down onto the blanket, just like someone would onto a bed, reclining as he let Apolline open the basket.

Apolline had known that before he had told her to dress for the outdoors and to wear sunscreen. But she had not known what to expect. Not in the slightest. Apparating to the Blue Lagoon had been a surprise. It was a place that she somehow had not even heard of, even with living in the United Kingdom for most of her life. She supposed that not much of that time, if any, had been spent in Wales, but still. It had been undoubtedly gorgeous, and she thought that she could have spent all day just there alone. [break][break] With one tiny hitch in that plan. It was high up. Apolline would not claim to be afraid of heights—she wasn’t, thank you very much, but she was also not a person that thought that she’d be jumping off of any cliffs in her life. She had no problems with the outdoors. She spent a lot of time growing up exploring the highlands surrounding Hogsmeade with Alistair. She had no problem with a date spent outside, with the elements at all. And in her life, she would say that she took a fair amount of risks, and that she wasn’t afraid of much of anything. Being a necromancer all but insured that. A necromancer that was easily scared was not one that was going to be all that successful in their field. It meant taking risks, breaking through boundaries, doing things that would give the average person nightmares, and she never had any problems with that. With any of it. She had Inferi, for Merlin’s sake. [break][break] But her thoughts when seeing that cliff was that she was, in no uncertain terms, not jumping off of it. Not a chance. And, of course, she knew her brother well enough to know that was exactly what he had in mind. He surely thought that he would be able to sweet talk her right over a cliff, too, and he had tried. He might have succeeded, too, if he had held out a little longer. Instead, she had been picked up and thrown off of that cliff and into the water below—with her yelling at him to put her down first and foremost, and then just generally screaming the entire way down. [break][break] Of course, once she was actually in the water, it hadn’t been that bad. It had been nice, actually. After that first throw, she had not minded actually jumping off of it the second time, though not without a good ten minutes of acting pissed at him for throwing her off in the first place. But he was annoyingly hard to even pretend to be mad at, so that had not lasted all that long in the slightest. [break][break] Muggles had shown up and ruined the fun, though, at least a little bit. Apolline certainly did not mind compliments from strangers, especially when about the two of them together. As much as she wouldn’t necessarily admit it to Axton, at least not today, she liked other people seeing them. She liked how it made her feel. She liked being his in public, and not caring what anybody else thought. But the presence of Muggles definitely meant that it was time to move on, since there was apparently something to move on to. [break][break] The familiar pull of apparition once again did not pull her lips from his as she kissed him back, and even when they landed in this new location, she did not move away from him. As long as he wanted to kiss her, she was more than happy to reciprocate. Curiosity about their current location be damned. Eventually, he did pull away though, and her gaze moved to the waterfall that they were not standing too far away from. “Let me guess, we’re jumping off of this too…” She said, dryly, raising her eyebrows at him. It didn’t look as high up as the cliff had been though, so in all honesty, it wouldn’t take all that much convincing to get her off of this ledge. [break][break] “Oh, you think you know my favorites, do you?” She teased, before sitting down next to him on the blanket. Apolline was sure that he actually did, but she was not going to make it that easy on him. “Let’s see then,” she added, opening the basket so she could begin to pull things out.
